   HEALTH HAZARD - DO NOT BUY THEIR FOAM MATTRESS. I purchased foam mattress for £840. Foam is faulty, has mm dip which Bensons technician says it will take few months to stabilise but says it’s not a fault. Mattress does not support my feet and leg, I am waking up in strain and pain as feet is not supported and is “ floating” instead of resting. It is causing me physical and mental distress and I am not risking my health to see if in several months this will improve. Bensons uses they own rules to dismiss complain, gaslight that there is no product fault, refuse to give money back. Please do not buy from this company, you will save yourself stress, sleepless nights. They have completely wasted my money, time and joy of moving to new property. I am referring this case to trading standards, ombudsman and seeking legal advice. Please use my experience to save yourself lot a of stress and health issues caused by their product.

   There was no rush to try different mattresses in the Dartford store and good advice was offered. Staff were friendly. The receipt machine wasn't working and stuff on the laptops in the store were a bit slow. I had a manager write out a makeshift receipt on the printed out info about the mattress. Not ideal but was dealt with and apologised for. I did have to wait 5 weeks for the mattress to turn up which again wasn't ideal but I was kept informed at all stages by text message and the mattress was delivered on the date and within the time specified. The delivery team were good and polite. Overall I'd say it was a good service I would have given 5 stars if not for the issues I mentioned

   Our bed firstly turned up without the right amount of wheels and feet and then the men building it discovered the mechanism for the ottoman was broken. After waiting 6 weeks for this delivery we now have to wait 4-6 weeks for a replacement bed. Not happy at all!
