It was a pleasant experience at Emmus the staff are superb they are very helpful and understanding a smooth relax ambience feel there where I had a lunch of chicken goujons with ceasar salad and a cup of tea. I was so pleased for the hospitality. Michael Edwards
Have just had a house clearance completed by the staff at Emmaus Greenwich. I can't thank Tom and his team enough for the professional and hardworking service they have provided at a reasonable price. They have bent over backwards to fit in with our needs and have done exactly what they said they would, when they would. I wish could award more than 5 stars. I heartily recommend Emmaus for house clearance and am really glad I was told about them.
Bought a dressing table from Ebay. It was a very easy pick up process, the staff wefe super friendly and helpful (absolute legends they took the mirror off the dresser before I got there so it was easy to get in the van). 10/10 would recommend.
I went into the plumbstead branch when the staff couldn't do more to help us very polite and helpful. We discussed about a few items to be collected he said they would collect at the same time of delivery. Day of delivery well this has completely put me off going back. Driver was rude saying it's not on his tablet you cannot reach anyone on the number provided. Have left many messages and on the day before. No one responded to messages. I understand that it's a charity but the items I had one item brand new another 3 chairs which could have done someone a good turn and a bag full of decent crockery. I have resort post as free on Facebook as other items arrived and didn't have space to keep it.
Unprofessional and unreliable. We tried to book a clearance with this firm over the period of about a month (yes a MONTH) and they were simply not interested. Never returned phone calls and couldn't be bothered to even walk or drive the 100 yards to the flat to take a look. It's a shame, as the flat we are clearing would have setup a new family without any problems. Now its all going to the tip.

I am thoroughly recommending this company and the whole team. WELL DONE!! It was beautifully wrapped, and they even helped the van man to load it. Five stars thoroughly deserved. Don’t often leave reviews but dealing with the staff at Emmaus was a joy. From walking into the shop, to then receiving the delivery a few days later. Charming, helpful and knowledgable. On top of that it’s a great cause! I’ll definitely be coming back!
Love this shop. Found some great bargains including things from topshop, topman and urban outfitters. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend popping in!
