   “MUST READ” not just a local business , it’s manned by “LEGENDS” Alan driver of Little Red, delivered us a pallet….. experience shows! First off he parked correctly, then enquired politely, brought the pallet where we wanted then re positioned it out of the way all in the same breath! Easy to deal with nothing was too much “Service with a smile” it showed he cared. Some might not think it’s a lot but we deal with drivers everyday ‘Mostly Screwdrivers’ if I’m honest lol Alan stood out so this review is well earned thanks Alan every little helps !    Like any firm it has it's ups and down, pros and cons but in a nutshell an honest service. A family run business with a friendly atmosphere...go out n beyond to deliver the smallest of pallets to the trickiest of places which most firms would turn away. Ok trucks arnt fancy V8s or anything but it ain't a glamour show it's a delivery service.

   Cowboys! Delivered on my unadopted road and didn't put protection down before lowering tail lift, gouged 2 large pieces of tarmac out of the road, when I emailed them to complain their customer service replied saying it's because the builder who laid the road didn't lay the road right and it wasn't their job to check whether the road is suitable for where they are making a drop off. I'll be taking them to court through my house insurance.

   Lorry driving down a village (Darrington at 11.40am 9/01/20) where it is not permitted to drive, and breaking the speed limit in the process. Do you have no shame, your drivers just ignore the legal rules.
