   We received a delivery from Next today an hour earlier than the tracker stated the delivery drivers refused to unwrap the sofa from the box and take upstairs although the store in Lakeside assured us they would - then they became very rude and aggressive and said they were taking the sofa back once they left we released they had snapped the bottom rail bar off our front door which now we cannot close - which mean we cannot now go out or leave our house until fixed - Next customer service team said they will get someone out to repair this but when they would not say !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have a video of this however you cannot upload here perhaps Facebook would be a better platform so people can see the dreadful service of Next unbelievable!!!!!!! We said to the drivers just leave the sofa downstairs and we would get it upstairs on our own - however they just carried sofa outside loaded in the lorry and drove off

   My favourite home store! I bought a dinner plate set but when I opened the box at home one of the plates was completely cracked. I came back the next day and exchanged them with no hassle and the staff were very helpful

   Purchased these dining chairs from Next home. Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Quality of the chairs are slightly lacking given the price we paid for them but nevertheless looks great!

   Ok if u love next home, then u will love this store. Two floors of everything for ur home. From sofas to lighting and kitchen to cushions. Not discounted on most of the stock. Car parking is free.

   Great choice of stock on the sales floor and even more in the catalogue. Good quality and always reliable delivery slots as you expect from Next. Staff are fab, friendly and always on hand to assist with questions and queries. You can also have your next catalogue parcels delivered here, its good as they have a free carpark outside the store for any heavy items and they open late.
