   Poor customer service from store manager Me and my Mrs went to our local DFS Outlet store to find a mattress, and our luck was in, and we found a king size in extra firm. We tried the mattress, and everything was going well. Whilst trying it, the store manager Patrick was checking the price tag multiple times and kept disappearing to the back of the store, which was very weird, and whilst we were confirming, we are happy to buy, he stated to us he couldn't sell it to us without explaining. Which was odd, confused us, and felt like very poor customer service. At this point, I said, "Can you please explain?" He said "It was the wrong price", but there were no emotions or empathy. He made us feel like we were nobodies and not genuine customers. We were distraught, as we finally found a mattress within our budget and felt right. We stood our ground and explained that as a store manager, you should be able to honour that price, or at least speak to us like human beings and not robots. He went into the back for 20mins to speak to his manager, to find out if he could sell it to us, expecting us to leave the store, as the store was closing soon, but no we waited and he said he can't do. Then out of the blue after us waiting for so long, spoken to with no customer service and disappointed, he said he can't do it and will leave the mattress at the back until his manager can update him. So then he grabs the mattress at full force from us and drags it to the back. Then he randomly receives a call and takes another 15 minutes and then states to us that he can sell it to us. It was such a poor interaction from start to finish, with zero customer service, poor communication, and behaviour. I never thought I would receive this from a store manager. They need to really revise who takes accountability for this store, as it was poor. DFS OUTLET - LAKESIDE

   Bought a sofa back on 2017 and had problems with it straight away, was given a replacement and then had the same issues but held on to it. Now it’s getting really bad and they are saying the warranty is only for 15 years for new sofas not from when I bought. Appalling service for a company that is really expensive!

   Been looking for a specific table was out of stock in the normal shops. But spoke to the Lovely customer service lady named Baeh (i hope i spelled it right) - she has been very patient and ever so kind. She really did try her very best to help me look for the item i wanted. Amazing experience working together with her - would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for any type of assistance!
