   If I could, I would give them a 0. Worst customer service ever…. Bay the store manager is a bully and couldn’t give me what I order…. He probably wanted to make extra money out of me, but I refuse to spend any more money in that shop. The sofa are not acceptable, and I didn’t have any extra money to take them to small count.. I know this won’t make a different but be careful with this store and they words. Had no sofa for 9 months!!

   The DFS staff at the Romford store were absolutely amazing. We received excellent customer service from start to finish, and they took the time to talk us through all the available options without any pressure. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

   2 years Dfs was telling me there is nothing wrong with my sofas (3 times they try to fix it)finally I got independent furniture inspection report -NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!I give them a final warning that if they won't refund I will go to small claims court . And I did! Now they will have to give me a full refund plus all expenses!! Don't waste time and money go somewhere else!!!

   We visited the Romford branch to look at the Trek Express Sofa, and Rima was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly to my mum and me. We can be quite particular, but Rima handled all our questions with such professionalism and warmth.

   We had an amaizing experiance with a shop assistant by the name Adil. From the moment we walked in, Adil was frendly and helpful. Adil made the whole process smooth, ensuring we felt comfortable troughout. We have also met the shop manager Bay who was also polite and helful. The customer service was top-notch. Your company should have more Adil and Bay. What a delightful two young man Dee and Dave ( Clough}

   I Purchased a sofa suite from this store. Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery. fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STORE because of the help and service provided by Mr Khan. Five stars all the way!!!!!!!!

   Absolutely awful service, I ordered a sofa 5 month ago and it has still not been delivered, i have called customer service, they are just a middle man to the shop as you cant call the shop directly. every time i call the customer service they need to call and speak to the shop but cant get through, the shop hasn't called me once, i had to travel in to get an answer to where my sofa is. The delivery date keeps changing and nobody can tell me why or when i'm going to get it. I would never order from here again

   Awful services, taken a deposit that I didn’t need to pay, I found that out once speaking to head office. Not told about any delivery charges, transferred my deposit to a new order without my authorisation. Didn’t explain anything to me. I will be returning to store to cancel my order as they don’t ever seem to want to call me back and also have no direct number. I cannot keep going into the store. If they had an option for no stars I would choose that. DFS Gallows corner. You have caused nothing but headache !!!!
