   Came in for headboard advice after the guy in Dreams next door was completely useless. The lady was an absolute star! I wish I knew her name (we came in on Monday around 1pm-ish). She listened to our problem, was patient with us because we were clueless about headboards and beds, she gave us so much information, explained how to put the headboard together, showed us practically with some beds on display, made sure we understood what to measure when we got back home... honestly, above and beyond customer service. Thank you so very much!!!

   Absolutely horrifying service and product! We were upsold a mattress and it is not fit for purpose. What we tried in the shop does not match what was delivered. Sadly neither the shop or their customer service are helpful at all and not taking responsibility. We're now fighting this with a newborn baby, Benson for Beds have cause chaos. They don't care, it's just about making money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Read their policy carefully as they don't even stick to their own words. Very poor products and even worse customer service! Especially over the phone. Not helpful at all.

   Good place to buy beds. Comes with 5yr guarantee which is included in the price itself. It is not the case with many other companies. My only feedback to Benson's is to add more colours and styles to the beds.

   Bensons canceled 1st time, 2nd time only half stuff came, 3rd time again pillows outstanding, and guys could take up one of the large boxes and where not willing to open the box and take the stuff up. 4th time redelivered the same box and left it in my hallway on ground floor. I stripped the box down with my wife and simply took the parts upstairs and still there are pillows outstanding. Not bad Bensons from early 1st delivery was on July approximately 9th and now it’s 30th September 2022 and still can’t get it right. Never again Bensons. Thank you

   Had the most amazing service in store in December from the manager! Taught us so much about the mattresses and gave us our time to decide. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Delivery date was adjustable which really helps with moving to a new build.

   Well if your looking for a bed I highly advise you to shop in another store ! I ordered a Tempur elite mattress! And divan bed! I Was not told before we placed the order that we are looking at 3 months ! Only once the finance went through ! Next was given a date any ways 6 weeks down the line a payment comes out from the finance comes out??? Even though we have not received the goods ??? Basically telephoned the shop someone in the Romford store told the finance company that the order was delivered and marked to ! Well that’s not all my order after 3 months was ment to be arriving this Thursday taken and disposed our old bed frame to receive a text to say your order is delayed and it’s not arriving on Thursday at 18:00pm when the offices then closed ! No phone call just a text !!! You can imagine our frustration at the way we have been treated ! Order was cancelled yesterday I now have to speak to the customer service team to make sure that the finance team have cancelled our order and try to obtain the payments back that they have taken !! Please avoid at all costs !! Bensons are the biggest headache and they never return your calls
