Dropped the chain less than ten hours before moving time because they failed to do adequate checks on the people above including a money laundering check. Made a lot of people angry this day due to gross incompetence. I'm embarrassed for their team, their name is mud.

Surprisingly awful service, despite the other great reviews. Unprofessional and unamenable, impossible to contact my caseworker by phone, unhelpful and unsympathetic throughout. I was left feeling stressed and upset for the whole 10 week process. It was an awful experience and I will absolutely never use Banner Jones again.

Just wanted to say what a great team at Dronfield! Strongly recommend this small but mighty team for any house selling/buying matters. We were kept up to date regularly by Claire and Catherine and they were always prompt and responsive to our emails/queries.
