Shaista and her colleagues were friendly, attentive and professional from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, they gave us time to decide with no hassling and offered us options which was very helpful. Really nice furniture, at a price to match. Really poor service. Suite delivered July last year, broke early December, STILL waiting for a repair, 4 months later. Usual BS. Parts need to be ordered. Why? Common parts need to be in stock. There are only three replaceable parts to an actuated head rest. How long should it take to get a part from Italy anyway? 48 hours! (unless it's an emergency in which case 24) Repair needs to be scheduled. They seem to have a one month+ wait on someone even calling in to have a look. Maybe there are a lot of broken sofas out there? Very very disappointed with this company. Promises so much, delivers little.
I had been looking for new furniture for months when we came upon Egoitaliano. So much choice with styles and materials and the colours, it was a hard choice. I am delighted with my sofa, chair and footstool now that it has been delivered. The entire service from purchase to delivery was seamless and the quality of the furniture is is first class. Our furniture order took a lot longer to arrive than estimated and has now arrived minus a footstool. That was over 4 weeks ago and despite having paid for it, we are still waiting for it. Furniture is lovely but still incomplete. Very disappointing.
