Bought my Chelsea sofa and received it within 2 weeks of purchase. The delivery team were great and the customer service team answered any questions I had along the way. I couldn't recommend Sofa Club enough!
I'd definitely think it's a great idea to set up a load of sofas in the middle of a busy shopping centre and then spend all day telling people not to sit on them.
Absolutely disgusting service! Sat on the sofa with my husband and the sales person came over and before even asking if we were interested or if we were looking to buy a sofa etc all that sales talk. The first thing this disgusting person said: "you can't sit there". I explained I was messaging my mum as she was looking for a sofa and to see if she'd be interested to come and see this and she said "no you're not". "Get off the sofa". And continued to talk down at me. Swore at me. Told me to shut up and she will call security. I happily waited for security and she started slapping the sofa as if she was cleaning it because me and my husband sat there. But never done this to other people who sat there. Disgusting sales person. Then she claimed she owned sofa club uk. Funny she is working a bank holiday as the owner. But of course Google reveals she is not the owner. She showed a lot of racial behaviour and even passers by saw this. She continued to call me a liar and was getting in my face and swearing. Either the sofa club needs to be removed from Bluewater or this sales lady who thinks she is Gods gift. Arrogant, rude and disgusting. Hope she gets the sack as she should. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH AWFUL LOW STANDARD COMPANIES AND PEOPLE. Don't display sofas if people aren't allowed to try them. Safe to say will be shopping elsewhere. This lady should never work anywhere let alone here. Waste of air!
