    Great experience from start to finish. In store representative was helpful, with lots of knowledge to what we needed. Delivery team were on time, very accommodating to what was needed. The beds themselves are like laying on clouds.

    My experience with Bensons for Beds was unfortunately disappointing, particularly due to the conduct of the delivery driver. Early in the morning, I received a call from the driver stating that there was an issue with the delivery β€” apparently, there were two different addresses associated with my order. Rather than resolving it internally, he insisted that I should contact the store to sort it out, which I found unreasonable since the error was not on my end. I explained that since the mistake came from their side, they should be the ones to speak with the store. Initially, I was told the delivery couldn't happen because of this issue. However, after the driver contacted the store, he admitted the confusion was on their part and said they would find a way to complete the delivery β€” though it might occur earlier than the originally scheduled time window of 1–3 pm. In reality, the delivery ended up being later, arriving at 4:15 pm. To add to the frustration, about 30 minutes before arriving, the driver called again, unable to locate the address. While I was doing my best to guide him using directions and shared location, he abruptly ended the call saying, "I'll do it myself," and hung up. I found this behavior to be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, I strongly recommend reviewing how your delivery staff communicate with customers and handle such situations.

    Product quality is very good and staff was very helpful, it is difficult to get a delivery date that suit me better. Overall I was satisfied with quality of everything.

    Up until point of delivery - I would have given 5 stars. Service not as promised. Store manager was a great help when ordering and very informative however turns out wrong information given and being so heavily pregnant it’s now some what of an inconvenience. Living closer to Aylesford branch I purposely went back to lakeside because of his helpfulness and recommended a friend who brought an entire bedroom suite. The deciding factor of purchasing from benson beds was the items coming assembled however this is not the case, all flat packed PLEASE BE FULLY AWARE OF THIS. So their mistake but we’re expected to pay a guy they recommend to put it together even though this was promised in the first instance. typical sales man just wanted the sale clearly!

    STAY AWAY!!! Unfortunately I walked into this store and purchased a wardrobe off them, without exaggeration I literally had to beg someone to serve me and when I did eventually speak to an advisor the knowledge was so poor it was unbelievable. The wardrobe did arrive late with tie rack missing, I’ve emailed and called them however no one decides to contact you back. If this is not resolved I have no choice but to contact American Express and start a dispute regarding this. Should’ve gone to IKEA for better service and product! The store staff members are also racist so spend your hard earnt money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

    Delivery team arrived, I spoke to them advising to back vehcile onto drivewway and i will come to door ( i work from home). They both shut the doors on the lorry and drove off. I called their mobile immediately and they said they waitee 15 minutes and were now on way to next job! I have on CCTV and they arrived and left in under 4 minutee!! Luckily I work from home. If you have their AM or PM delivery slot given to you do not rely on them making the delivery if you arent at the door waving a flag and doing their job for them! Items delivered 2 weeks later like they were doing me a favour fitting me in!

    How to improve a service.....um deliver it the first time it is sheduled to be delivered, once in the country of course, and not miss putting the goods on the delivery van would help, then sending the appropriate text with a two hour time slot and not ringing 5 minutes before delivery. I have been waiting 7 months for this bed and was beginning to think it would never arrive. The whole experience has been terrible and I will never use Bensns again.
