   We visited Dreams at Thurrock Lakeside today to purchase a new bed and received a warm and friendly welcome from Richard (deputy store manager). He was most helpful in assisting us with selecting the perfect mattress and his knowledge of products demonstrated many years of experience. The store was busy but nothing was too much trouble and all the staff working had a smile on their faces which reflected in a nice atmosphere in the store. As Richard was also assisting another Customer, he asked if it was OK with us if Imran (store manager) went through the ordering paperwork with us which was not a problem for us. Imran was also very friendly and pleasant and helpful in our choice of pillows. All in all, I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for a new bed. You will not be disappointed.

   Sales rep Vanessa greeted us (husband and wife) and offered various refreshments, she was very helpful and attentive. We were escorted to test bed. Vanessa explained the process and diagnostics to help with mattress choices. We were escorted to most suitable beds according to diagnostic results, we sampled several beds and selected our preference. We then negotiated the price which was handled professionally including delivery and removal and disposal of old bed all to our satisfaction. Vanessa was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, we commend her service supported by her manager to secure the final and best price. We bought our last bed at Dreams and have no hesitation in recommending them and team.

   Really enjoyed our experience shopping at Dreams today. My husband even had a cup of tea made for him! Daniel is the best customer assistant ever. His product knowledge is very good. He understood what we required and made an easy sale without pressuring us. We added 2 pillows too. Excellent service (not often seen these days). 5 stars and will recommend to our friends.    Was greeted by Preeti, she was absolutely lovely and so welcoming. She recommended the mattress computer test which was so easy to use. She then took us to each mattress and allowed us time to try it out without being overbearing. She did not rush us and gave us our own space to discuss. Would highly recommended Preeti as she was so helpful and explained everything clearly.
