   Absolute joke shop of a company, wouldn't let me change change my bike during my policy to a smaller and slower bike so I had to keep my old bike and keep policy running just to keep my no claims discount. Then never sent me it as they said they would. I then went with another joke shop company MCE who went into administration 9 months into my policy. My advice is to go with a bigger more reputable company not the cowboy companies that are cheapest. I am currently on hold to Entirecover and so far 1hour and 46 minutes later asking about my no claims discount which was meant to be sent last year still no answer. STAY CLEAR OF COWBOY COMPANIES as FCA and FSCS are a waste of time, there is no governing body that stop non regulated companies from trading.

   Awful company, received an e-mail stating I was insured when trading in my bike for a new one and riding it home. Rang up before I head off with the new bike to make sure I'm covered to find I'm not...then to change my cover to the new bike and then change address a few months later ended up being almost £100 in admin fees. Cancelled policy (still cost £50 fee) went with a cheaper provider. Avoid at all costs!

   I took out a motorcycle policy for my scooter recently. Entire looked like the best deal, so I switched policy. It cost me £80 for the year (third party fire and theft). Shortly after the policy began, Entire wrote to me for evidence of my no claims bonus. I was trying to sort this out with my previous company in communication with Entire but they have now cancelled my policy and charged me a cancellation fee. My refund? £0 Shame on you Entire, I won't be using you again.

   I have been insured with this company since May 17 and had no issues, until I need something. Recently (March 18) I had to change my address. Entire Cover charged me a £25 admin fee which you can probably guess... 'says in the small print'. I am currently going through the process of changing all my address's and this company is the only one to charge me. My motorbike is also in a more secure location which technically should put my premium down, but no, get charged and admin fee. Be sure to read their small print as no doubt when there is a claim (hopefully not) they will take you to town. You have lost a renewal customer.
