Our car was stolen from a 'secure' car park at Birmingham Airport whilst we were out of the country. As soon as we found out we contacted the NFU to handle our claim. They were understanding, supportive, and above all, efficient. They took the stress out of a very stressful situation. A courtesy car was arranged immediately and as my car was a lease-vehicle, they dealt directly with them regarding the settlement.
