I love my new apartment in Station house! It is beautifully finished, situated near West Kirby town centre and Train station. Blueoak have been really friendly and so efficient at fixing any issues that have arisen.

Very, very professional and extremely friendly organisation. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone interested in their service. The onsite staff in Centurion House are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will help out with any problems or requirements that you may have. They have made moving in so much easier and we would still be struggling in one or two areas without their willingness to assist. Top class. I signed a contract for the purchase of Crossford Court at Sale with this developer on Jan 2022. It was a nightmare. Supposedly, the legal completion should be taken place in 6-8 weeks. However, I have been informed by my solicitor that it will be risky to proceed it as we have found that several planning conditions have not been discharged from the Trafford Council. It is the sole responsibility for the developer to complete it before selling the development project. In fact, I have received the discharge of letter from the council that the property cannot be occupied until the signed off in written form has been discharged. On mid April, the estate agent (who is working for the developer) urged me to proceed the completion and also set a deadline on it. Otherwise, my deposit may be forfeited and the deal may also be cancelled as well. It is definitely an unfair commercial practice against consumer rights, breach of the planning conditions and violation of professional due diligence in the process of property purchase. Their irresponsible behaviour not only infringes the law of unfair trading regulations 2008 but also may lead to criminal offence. Very dissatisfied with this developer. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Recently bought an apartment off Blue Oak estates and find it to be of great quality. A fantastic service from Blue Oak from start to finish, with great after sales support. Would highly recommend
I reserved apt 15 walton bldg. At the point of taking proof of funds to halman i was 999 to hospital where i remained for8 days clearly very ill. I explained my situation to halman but the developer would not hold the apt. for a couple of days. Inhuman. Lack of empathy. Grandson is devastated
My daughter has purchased a a flat in the Crossford court development and now 2 months behind completion date. They never communicate or contact her. No confirmation of final date as yet due to checkmate certificate not having been signed off 4 weeks after inspection.
