   I had an excellent experience with Romans Haus from start to finish during a complete refurbishment of my bathroom. The entire process, from ripping out the old bathroom to installing the new one, was handled seamlessly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Harvy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. He consistently offered thoughtful, practical recommendations and made sure everything was running smoothly. Artur, who carried out the installation, was exceptional - a true perfectionist and one of the most polite professionals I’ve ever met. Harvy also visited the site during the installation to ensure everything was on track, which I really appreciated. Post completion, I was reassured that I could get in touch with any issues, though everything was perfect from the get-go. I highly recommend Romans Haus for anyone looking for a high quality, stress-free bathroom renovation.

   Roman haus have designed and installed stunning kitchens for our friends and family and ours was no exception. We considered a number of options for our kitchen but after meeting Vin, the decision was easily made. His customer service was outstanding - he took time to understand our needs and met us as many times as we needed to evolve and perfect the design. Vin expertly guided us through the entire process and he exceeded our expectations in every way. The team worked really hard to have the kitchen installed during the Christmas period which meant that we were able to move into our home in time for Christmas Day. The kitchen is by far my favourite space in the home and our friends and family love it as much as we do. We cannot thank Vin enough for making the whole process so enjoyable and for bringing our vision to life. If you’re looking for a high quality kitchen with customer service to match, then Roman Haus is the only place you need to go.

   What a marvellous and refreshing bunch at Romans Haus. They are certainly a cut above your average medium to high end kitchen design showroom. Harvy as our lead designer was just superb, advising on various options and the Siemens (couldn’t quite stretch to Miele) appliances. Together with Roman who as CEO himself dropped off some of our appliances. We were in the aftermath of covid so long delays on appliances but Harvy pulled out all the stops to really get our kitchen bang on as well as getting the utility looking just superb. If you have a kitchen project Romans Haus is the place to go. Need to shout out Hristo for a fantastic fit and finish and to the entire team. We have had numerous compliments, our two kids love the new open plan set up and the Bora - WoW induction like you’d never believe thanks for convincing us Harvy it was the best appliance by far! Exceptional experience and genuine team that go that extra mile to ensure your kitchen is the best it can be to suit your budget. 10/10 guys!

   From design to fitting and aftercare; Vin, Vlad, Harvey and Raman have been brilliant. Whilst our build was delayed, Vin was meticulous with design and planning working closely with our contractors and always provided advice balanced between design and ergonomics. Their fitter was second to none and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect whilst Raman and Harvey were extremely understanding and helpful whilst dealing with an unexpected event. Will be happy for years to come in the new kitchen.

   We’ve just completed the renovation of our property, a project that has taken 18 months. Of all the headaches one faces during a project like this, you’d expect choosing a kitchen to be right up there given the importance of the space in a home. With Vin, the only headache was choosing which pizza to order from next door. A genuine pleasure to work with, from the moment we stepped through the door to the after care he continues to provide us 6 months after the kitchen was fitted. Nothing was ever too much effort, he painstakingly made sure that every one of our requests was executed with a smile on his face which held a genuine love for what he does - which is creating amazingly functional, aesthetic and gorgeous kitchens! We’ve been fortunate to have had so many compliments from friends and family who have visited us, and that’s all thanks to the hard work of Vin and the team at Romans Haus. A big shout out to Pritul for a high class fitting as well. We love spending time in our kitchen, it’s everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you Vin!!    We decided to refresh our kitchen as we were doing some renovations to our home. I must confess; we haven’t purchased a kitchen in over 15 years. We decided to work with three vendors, all referrals and we decided to purchase the kitchen from Roman Haus. It was a pleasure working with the entire team at RH. The amount of time they devoted to listen to our requirement, giving ideas but also challenging some of our thoughts was reassuring. Many of the other vendors would only focus on what they wanted to do, not focus on us, the customer. At RH they provided a step-by-step guide to everything we needed to know and do before during and after installation. They arranged for us to visit Miele, Bora and Cosentino before we made our final decision. During installation, the RH team were amazing. We could not have asked for a more diligent team to install the kitchen. The have so much pride in their workmanship, it was amazing to see that level of care. Delivered and installed on time. Nothing was put to change during design and installation. We are so happy with all the team at RH and glad we went with them for our Kitchen, a great experience.
