   They stock a huge range of curtains which to my surprise were excellent quality and really reasonably priced, I will be returning for further stock. The staff were friendly and the tills easy enough to use.

   Great store, huge range of household items to choose from. Staffs were also nice and helpful. However, i have one feedback to give. I had few online order collection from store, they were big boxes so I needed a trolley. The store was bit busy, so I had to queue up with customers waiting to pay for a while as I had a trolley and the queueing area is very narrow and it was impossible to leave/squeeze through the queue. If i were to give one suggestion, i would request to have either the queuing lane bit bigger so atleast 2 trollies can get through at a time or have a staff at the entry where they can exit from upon showing the collection order reciept(if they really need to). Thank you.

   My wife and I were looking for a particular item in the curtain department and the slim young lady shop assistant adorned with tattoos and piercings and with long dark black hair was nothing short of amazing. If all shop workers were this polite, kind and helpful it would be an absolute pleasure to go shopping. I didn’t get her name but my wife and I give thanks, she went beyond our expectations and was just charming.

   We were served by Scott today and he was very friendly and helpful. My mum managed to get her curtains and cushions from the Thurrock store and we loved having a good look round all the departments. We also had a pot of tea in the cafe which was lovely. There’s so much to browse in store that we need a tea break! Dunelm is one of our favourite shops and we always head there first for beautiful quality housewares.

   Lovely to work for during my first 6 months, lots of lovely staff working there also and I made amazing relationships with some people. Nice store and good range of products. However, the current manager is not kind, considerate, or thoughtful. There is favouritism, some staff including myself are spoken to poorly, and I had to leave because the way I was spoken to and treated gave me anxiety about going Into work so think before applying to this workplace.

   Oh my goodness… best kept secret in Lakeside!!!! Had the most delightful lunch today here and was absolutely blown away! Had a gorgeous ham hock and cheese toasty, really fresh side salad plus crisps - everything so delicious and such quality for just £4. Wonderful coffee too. Served by Julie and Bernie who are so helpful and friendly. The cafe is also spotless!!! Best kept secret … will definitely be back!
