   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Howdens Slough branch. Andre was the salesman who helped us with purchasing the kitchen, and he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He made everything smooth and straightforward, answered all our questions clearly, and ensured everything was handled professionally. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend the Slough branch and especially Andre for his outstanding customer service.

   I came in to visit the store as I needed advise on a few items including sinks, taps and doors. I spoke with H, he was ever so helpful, advising me on the right products that would suit my requirements. It was much appreciated, that he took interest and care when dealing with me.    I had an issue with an order I had placed for a local college so phoned and spoke with Darrell ( sorry if misspelled). He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I went to pick up the order and was served by Darrell. Turns out he has a great sense of humour too. Happy customer.

   I went in the branch today to ask about my Lamona oven blew out and caught fire inside ( But internal fuse save the fire spread ). The front desk new staff give me a number to call Lamona and address the issue to them. I ask if it's possible to have a word with the manager just in case he has got some suggestions to fix the issue soon as. Manager was sitting just across the store and was talking to a lady colleague, I was standing while they start discussing. To my astonishment when the new front desk colleague told the manager ( Mr. Amarjit ) what has happened, he replied " What is he ( Customer) doing here , he should call an electrician". The lady colleague laughed hysterically upon that rude answer. I heard that answer and just walked out of store. Thankyou Mr. Amarjit for a great service. I will certainly spread the word around.

Any small issue is speedily rectified the next day with 0 fuss. A pleasure doing business with the team at Slough and I will be back in the future. Highly recommended.

   I have been recently in this branch and my experience was very good. I needed a spare part for a corner cabinet and was assisted by the branch manager. I got the required piece the following week. I would definitely consider them for future upgrades/renovations.

   They issue different quotes for traders and normal customers and difference on certain items are about 90%. I was quoted for a standard door for 156 plus VAT. Same door to my builders account for 75 plus VAT where builder was making commission. I got that door on my friends account for 25 plus VAT. Ridiculous

   Service was horrible. Initially all was going well, spent a lot of time on kitchen design and layout. However as soon as the order had been paid for the staff are rude and hold no accountability. I was told by the Manager they are 'trade' and not retail... Since when can trade companies get away with not being professional and having shocking levels of customer service. Staff are rude, even the manager was not willing to listen or help. I would not recommend Howdens to anyone!!! Howden's staff advised it was 'unfortune' the unit did not fit correctly - no it was not unfortune, it was a lack of communication from Howdens. Completely ruined my kitchen! Money wasted!! An awful branch! I had to chase for someone to reply, and then the manager said I should of called/emailed straight away however I did email, but I received a pointless response, pretty much saying 'oh well' - Avoid this branch, they are only interesting in taking your money, all about their sales and their commission!! I do not want to waste any more time trying to resolve my issue with the branch. Money wasted!!! Calls should be recorded so that staff are held accountable and then can not go back on what's been said.
