   Steve the new branch manager at Woking Howden’s and his staff have been absolutely outstanding throughout our house renovation. Over the last 3 months, the team have always gone above and beyond to offer really valuable advice and recommendations for our project. Paresh in particular helped us design a beautiful kitchen & utility and Sharon has helped us considerably with the rest of our house renovation (carpentry & fixings). It's been a pleasure working with Howden's Woking, Steve has made the showroom a very enjoyable place to visit which has helped take a lot of the stress out of our decision making. Other showrooms should take note, A** customer service and highly recommended.

   Its Matbridge, I have been dealing with this store ever since been in the area. Agree to previous reviews. 2 years or more ago! BUT.... Things have changed the last year or so when Steven took over. The customer service is great, the staff is friendly and they are willing to help! I am local and want to support local only if the serive is great. This is the Best local Howdens store! Thanks for all your hard work guys!

   The new manager has turned around the Woking branch after the awful last manager. I have brought my account back to Woking, and enjoying the excellent customer service service from all the regular staff Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and are all a credit to Howdens It’s a great store and would thoroughly recommend using it Mewsdesign Ltd

   Avoid Howdens Woking – Rude and Clueless Staff Went in for some 34 x 34 planed 2.4mtr timber and was told they don’t sell timber—despite a sign right next to it saying otherwise. When I pointed it out, the staff admitted they do. Asked to open a trade account as a plumbing and heating engineer and was met with, “What are you on about?” before being rudely told I couldn’t. The young lad serving me was obnoxious, unhelpful, and had no clue what he was talking about. Won’t be using this branch again.

   Some staff inside store haven't got a clue everytime I go in which is alot they always forget something of the list or they give me wrong product or they say its in stock I get to pick my stuff up and the warehouse guys always say they know we haven't had any. Warehouse guys amazing very helpful and know there stuff too.

   Poor customer service I have to say, we waited our kitchen design to be priced over a week and in the end they did not send us anything with the only explanation that our construction company did not confirm us?! What? No apology whatsoever.

   Howdens in Woking were great. Medina helped us to design our new utility room and was absolutely fantastic. She was so, so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of the build. We are thrilled with our new units (we went for Chelford in ‘Pebble’) with grey carcasses and they are beautiful. Thanks so much Medina and the team at Howdens Woking. We will be using Medina again when we get our kitchen replaced.
