We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with WHW and the results are absolutely stunning. From the initial design consultation with John Howard to the final walkthrough the experience was professional, seamless & well worth the investment. John understood what was required and had a lot of his own ideas, which was extremely helpful. John suggested the perfect layout which maximised our storage. The craftsmanship is top quality and attention to detail is evident. We were kept informed every step of the way and they stuck to the timeline. At the end of every step the install team left the area completely clean & tidy. We cannot recommend WHW enough.

We had a great experience with Wooden Heart of Weybridge. The service we received was beyond 5 stars! Simon was very conscience to make sure the kitchen fittings were the right within our space. We did go through the drawings a few times before finalising and Simon was beyond helpful. He visited the site a on several occasions and worked with us to make sure everything was perfect. As we were a new build our timing fluctuated, Wooden Heart worked with us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Wooden Heart of Weybridge if you are doing a new build. The kitchen is practical, functional and attractive. We have had several dinner parties already and everyone loves the kitchen.

It's the little details that set a great design for a kitchen. The clever utilisation within the space and configuration around existing utilities made for a perfect arrangement. Simon and the team at WHW were excellent and helped cement the choice of units, colours and accessories. Their installation team were awesome. Highly recommended.

Had a beautiful Rotpunkt kitchen & utility room installed by Wooden Heart of Weybridge with lots of cabinets and drawers, a large island and extensive quartz worksurfaces/splashbacks. Expertly fitted. Great range and pricing - exceptional pre and after sales service. They have an inspiring showroom and you get the benefit of a long established, very experienced company which offers really personal service. Very pleased with the beautiful and very practical kitchen we've now got. Would heartily recommend.

Kitchen for Victorian house renovation. POSITIVE: design process and staff Designer was helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and didn't pressure any decisions. Subsequently offered to adjust a few small items in the finished product. Staff are polite and friendly. NEGATIVE: fit and finish of the kitchen Fitment - Panels cut very poorly, with rough edges and deep cuts visible. - Large end panel cut too short with visible gap to ceiling. - Top panels too narrow leaving large gap to ceiling. - Ovens fitted with incorrect shelf, leaving large gaps and final trims force-fitted causing one side to bend. - Noticeable flex in fridge/freezer doors, with visible rubbing on one corner leaving a mark on the inner oak panel. - Many doors not properly aligned and uneven. - Panels under cabinets not cut evenly leaving noticeable gaps. - Pull-out bin door has visible screw hole where an incorrect handle has been fitted and then replaced with the correct handle. - Corner piece under the peninsular seems to have a split in the middle that looks to have been glued back in. - Lower corner panel looks to be mounted too low, or the worktop has not been fitted correctly. There is a sizeable gap showing. - Above the extractor when opening cabinet doors pieces have been cut out of panels to allow for door hinges. These have been cut very roughly and are obvious as soon as the cabinet doors are opened. Finish - Significant flaws in painted doors and panels. Some are well painted, while others seem to have minimal paint leaving noticeable side by side differences in finish. - Replacement panels to address poor fitment arrived in completely different shade but were installed anyway. - Some sections of woodgrain finish had noticeable gaps in paint. - Significant number of rough edges and chips to various cabinet doors. Other - Pull out hose for tap not extending properly. - Gaps in splash back joins. - Lights under cabinets not positioned per the original plan. Later adjusted but then spaced differently under different cabinets. Initial response from Wooden Heart was to attempt to patch flaws and cover with touch-up paint. Some items such as additional hinges were added to doors but didn't address fundamental issues. Biggest concern is that Wooden Heart didn’t admit any of the problems and presumably hoped I wouldn’t notice. Even when they thoroughly inspected the kitchen they only responded to items I had pointed out, and ignored other flaws until I later pointed out more to them. I also am concerned about what other problems there are with the kitchen that I haven’t seen. I am now having to pay an independent carpenter to check the work by Wooden Heart as I have no confidence left in them. There is currently no plan in place to resolve all the problems, and the kitchen is beginning to hold up completion of the house.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Wooden Heart of Weybridge in 2022 which consisted of a complete design and installation of a large kitchen and utility room. Louis was so patient with all my queries and changes, and was hugely knowledgeable, and the whole team was professional from start to finish. Delighted with the finished product. Would definitely recommend. Thank you WHW.

Exceptional design, customer service, communication and I now have the most beautiful and practical kitchen that I could ever have anticipated . I cannot stress how happy I am with all areas of the work from the beautiful design , by Simon, and the incredible workmanship , by Paul. Every little space has been made use of. I simply went into their beautiful showroom in Weybridge and chose everything within minutes. Then Simon used the information , having first photographed my initial kitchen , to produce my new kitchen image on the computer. So impressive . I just cannot thank them enough and my faith has been restored re excellent old school workmanship and customer care. Thank you so much !

Shockingly poor level of customer service. Blatantly lied or gave false promises to me several times over the phone and the quality of the visuals was worse that a B&Q design. I cannot comment on the value because after 2 weeks they still haven't come back with a quote for a very simple kitchen design. 3 other companies came back in 3 days or less. I tried to give these guys every opportunity to provide plans, visuals and costings for a kitchen, because the reviews of the Rotpunkt kitchen were better than the other German kitchens we had looked at and been quoted on. But after a a week of waiting and then a week of chasing them daily and being told "we will get them to you by lunchtime" or "give me a few hours" or "my software isn't working" "I've lost your email address" "I promise to get them to you this evening"..... It's now Friday and we still have no costings. I've worked with tens of different suppliers, and fitted various different types of kitchens but I've never ever come across such a poorly run business like this. I can accept software issues or technical issues, but don't lie or promise things that you know won't be delivered. Don't make customers feel that you think exhibitions are more important than their kitchen order, or tell them that "another customer is in a more advanced stage than you so you will have to wait" When potentially spending 10's of thousands on a kitchen, each customer needs to feel like they are the only person you are dealing with and that's what makes other suppliers from stand out from these guys. I had high hopes with this one but it really is lipstick on a pig.

We did a major extension and were advised to talk to Wooden Heart. We had a fantastic experience with them - NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was too much problem. Great creative design - we had a few odd corners and choice upon choice of colours cupboards etc etc . Price was a factor but again they guided us through it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the staff to anyone. Thanks again guys
