   I haven’t used this company’s services, but if the way they speak to the public is any reflection of how they operate, I wouldn’t want to. My sister briefly stopped outside their Uxbridge High Street store so her son’s Nan could safely help him out of the car — he is severely autistic and has ADHD, so safety and care are priorities. She wasn’t intending to park there. Instead of showing any understanding or basic courtesy, she was met by a very abrupt and rude man who said, “I HOPE YOU’RE NOT INTENDING TO PARK HERE.” The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. A little patience or kindness would have gone a long way, but clearly that’s not what this business values.

   From our initial consultation to the project's completion, it has been a pleasure working with the Kitchen Company. We undertook a comprehensive kitchen refurbishment and extended the room through building work. The service provided by the design team, builders, and kitchen fitters was exceptional, surpassing our expectations. Our wish list was fully realized with meticulous attention to detail. The result is our dream kitchen that has been the subject of positive remarks from everyone who has seen it. The excellent attention to detail was impressive throughout the project. Overall, every member of the team, from showroom staff to installation team, demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. The final outcome is a bright, spacious kitchen with ample storage. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend the Kitchen Company team.

   I got a brand new kitchen including a lot of building work done through the Kitchen Company towards the end of 2023. From the first appointment to completion they have been nothing but professional, supportive and friendly. James designed the kitchen around what I needed making suggestions and taking what I wanted into account and as it was rendered on a computer it was very easy for me to see what it would look like and by the time it was completed it was exactly as it was it appeared on the computer! The builder that they provided was fabulous, very trustworthy and flexible and he then provided all the other services that were necessary taking any stress off my shoulders. The whole company has a friendly, family feel, very knowledgeable and willing to take on board my ideas. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you know you are going to get a quality kitchen from quality people.

   From kitchen design, installation to after care we had excellent service. At the design phase, Chris was extremely meticulous in planning the kitchen and despite us changing the designs numerous times Chris remained patient, listened to our concerns and gave us guidance throughout the process. We highly recommend the Kitchen Company and would definitely use their services again. Thanks to all at the Kitchen Company for your patience and excellent customer service.

   They are good with kitchens and if that you are looking for, then they are one of the places to go. Their fitters are very good. However, we do not consider them to be as good at designing other rooms, particularly studies because their designs and functionality are dated and do not take into account of customer requirements. We have used them 4 times over the last 25 years spending well over £100k and we always paid the quoted price without discussion and have paid extra where needed. TS and KL were very good, always listening and putting everything right. On the other hand, C.S. is not as good with designs other than kitchens Whilst he considers himself a good designer and listener, he really did not appreciate the importance of the main study to the customer and did not get the design of a study right with a worktop with paper backing which damages easily (and would swell with any liquid spill) and with inadequate working space which could only be noticed once it was installed. Unfortunately, he seems rigid in his approach, and was too focussed on symmetry and so discouraged suggestions as if the customer is always wrong. We used them 3 times in the past with different designers but this fourth time, it has been been a poor experience with C.S. who does not like to be challenged by customers. The company charge premium prices which we paid without question but delivered an inadequate service not appreciating that we would have contributed to the cost to out things right as necessary. The explanations below are noted but it is too late to correct the 500mm worktop.

   I would highly recommend Chris and his entire team for a wonderful journey from planning my kitchen, installation and after sales. Chris has such in-depth knowledge of current German kitchen companies and Miele appliances. He has such great attention to detail coupled with listening. I felt he took the time at every stage to create the perfect design and offered creative solutions along the way. His experience is exceptional. The Kitchen company offered a competitive price, the installation by Alan was exceptional - so professional and tidy, his workmanship is off the scale and he takes so much pride in his work. Not to forget the office team namely Mona, Mark and Hugh were always available for administrative support. Damon also delivered the goods on time with a professional manner. I am so pleased with my new kitchen and cannot praise Chris and his team for delivering an exceptional project on time.

   Long overdue review considering I had my kitchen project managed from start to finish by Chris and his team over two years ago. Chris listened carefully to our requirements and provided transparency on the cost. There were many challenges along the way which were continuously met with a fair level of compromise which I appreciated. Post installation the service has equally been of high standard with a few snags addressed. Happy I chose this company and strongly recommend.

   I was looking for somebody to install a Quooker tap I purchased at the Ideal Home Exhibition last month. My plumber doesn’t fit them and I now know that no plumbers fit them! So I got in touch with Chris at The Kitchen Company, who installed my kitchen many years ago, to see if he could help me. He was indeed, as always, very helpful and put me in touch with one of his kitchen fitters, Paul. Paul turned up on the day, on time and was quite charming. He was very considerate of my cats and extremely cautious every time he went through the front door to his van. He was friendly, tidy, extremely efficient and professional and very considerate of my property. He cleaned up perfectly and took all the packaging and old waste disposal away with him. He explained very patiently what he was doing and how the Quooker worked. A really nice guy who did a great job. Thank you very much Paul and thank you Chris, I knew you wouldn’t recommend anybody who wouldn’t do the job without complete satisfaction, professionalism and trust.
