   I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a sofa from this company to read all the negative reviews very carefully before buying. The product is absolute rubbish. I would not recommend buying anything from them—ever. Our situation was quite specific: the doorway to our living room is narrow, and the corridor leading to it is also not particularly wide. We spent a long time searching for a sofa that could physically fit through the access points and be delivered without issues. It was not straightforward and felt like a real logistical challenge. Unfortunately, we chose this company. Regrettably, we did not pay enough attention to their reviews before purchasing—and they have a very poor rating for good reason. At first glance, the sofa looked ideal. The shape suited our living room perfectly, and the size was exactly what we needed. However, for nearly £2,000, what we received was not a sofa but extremely poor-quality furniture. After just two months, the sofa began to creak, despite the fact that we have no children in the house and the sofa has never been misused. We take very good care of our furniture, so careless use can be completely ruled out. The fabric also does not match what is shown on the website. The cushions are badly stitched, poorly shaped, and clearly unfinished. When we opened the cushions, we were shocked to find a large amount of dirt and debris inside. Is this worth £2,000? Absolutely not. It is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. A complete waste of money.

   I would not recommend this company. Their communication is extremely poor — there’s no phone number to call, and the WhatsApp contact is rarely maintained. I scheduled delivery for my sofa twice, and both times it was never delivered. The courier service they use is unreliable, giving me two different responses about my order. Overall, the service is frustrating and disappointing. It’s actually cheaper and far less stressful to shop elsewhere with better customer service and reliable delivery.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEIR CHEAP PRICES ARE NOT WORTH IT. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEIR OUTLET. They have one of the worst customer service teams. It takes day and is almost impossible to get hold of them. What they don’t advertise is that if you get it from the outlet it is handled by and external delivery company called prestige. Who will only deliver when they are in your local area. It took a month of waiting for them to deliver it. The delivery men are rude and aggressive and don’t even attempt to deliver your sofa despite paying £100 for it. Had to wait and additional month for an attempted re delivery and again they damaged my property and I still have no sofa. The delivery men have no expertise of trying to navigate moving furniture around. I have included what they did to my wall and they said ‘oops’. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

   I have had my Epping sofa for a month now and I'm so pleased with it! It’s really good quality and really comfortable. I was so impressed Clint’s customer service from the lakeside pop up store. He was really helpful and helped me choose which sofa was best for me and my family. I couldn’t recommend Sofa club or Clint enough and will definitely order from them again in the future.

   Thank you to Clint at the lakeside shopping area ! He really did go above and beyond to try and help us find a sofa that would be perfect for our home! He is very caring and considerate and was very proactive in sending me details over to purchase my sofa. We eventually decided to choose one he sent and we are now just awaiting the delivery! Honestly I really can’t thank him enough, he was so helpful that two of my family members have just purchased another sofa xx

   Myself and my fiancé had a wonderful experience today at sofa club lakeside! We went this morning to pick a new sofa for our new house & we met the lovely Karen who helped us! I had seen one online and showed her the picture she was honestly so lovely, we had a little refreshment ordered the sofa had a chat and left everything was so easy and no pushy sales person. So Thank you to Karen she brightened up our Monday! X

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no interest in helping and their customer service is shocking! We pre ordered our sofa back in February for delivery at the start of June and they delivered 2 halves of completely different sofas. We are still trying to get a new delivery date in which we had already taken the time off work and they are now saying that we have to wait another 3 weeks on top of the 4 months we already waited. Do not waste your money on this company. The amount of time it has taken for us to get through and even a word out of customer services it would have been quicker to wait the normal lead times from DFS! We are going to be taking this further as we have also been expected to store the wrong half of someone else's sofa until they can provide us with a replacement. This is absolutely appalling - we will be taking this further as they have still got our money but we have no sofa!

   Just moved into my new home and was looking for a sofa to suit. I found this one at the pop up shop in manchester. The sales rep lisa collier went above and beyond to help me with my order! Delivery was great. On time and the drivers were brilliant. I ordered this sofa to begin with at 1700 but a day later it went down in the sale to 999 so I cancelled and reordered. I had no issues with whatsoever refund was given in 14 days. So far so good with quality and I am super happy with my sofa :-) thanks again lisa for amazing customer service !!
