Wonderful service, products and team. I had been eyeing up a steel pan for some time and the knowledge on tap to help guide me through the options was outstanding. Great selection of items (we also picked up some lovely cheese knives and a wine cooler stand). As a local Weybridge resident I can’t believe I haven’t been in before and will be back again soon!
I found this quality kitchen store when i was looking to buy a fish fillet knife. I had searched for hours, visited and called multiple places when I found this store. I got plenty of honest help from the very friendly staff. Their was no up selling from there side, they clearly just wanted you to come away with the right product for you. I was so excited I took my wife back there to look at other items, and it have now become our go to shop for kitchen and baking tools. At this point have we bought the five items you can, but I'm sure we will buy plenty more. Thanks to the amazing staff for good service and always coming out of the store with a smile.
Nick and Gemma are literally the most amazing people; they are so helpful and knowledgable about their stock and will (and often have done) go way out of their way to make sure you have the perfect pan or utensil. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A Google reviewer below described it as John Lewis +++ and I couldn't agree with them more. Nick, the owner, is charming, very knowledgeable about his goods and not at all pushy. The shop is a treasure trove of things that you know you NEED and many more that you didn't even know existed. And if there's anything you can't find, you can bet on the staff being able to do so. Definitely worth a visit. I left today with an amazing set of new saucepans I can't wait to try out and lots of other goodies. Nick and my husband don't know this yet, but I'm planning on going back in a month or two to complete the set ... :-)
We were looking for a set of saucepans and spent a very informative half hour with Nick, the charming owner, who patiently explained all the different types of pan and gave detailed information on their likely lifespan . The shop had several good offers for sets but we decided against those and bought three Dexam supreme stainless pans and a load of other bits and bobs which we needed. We didn't feel under pressure to buy at any time. This is a proper kitchen shop, everything for the amateur to the professional.
I get all my kitchen equipment from this shop. I have known the owner for many years and you could not find a more helpful and pleasant person. He knows his stock and has a vast knowledge of all his products. It does not matter if you are just going in for a wooden spoon - he gives you the same attention as if you were going to buy an expensive item. Always the same delightful and helpful person.
