   We'd looked at several different companies to design and replace our entire kitchen. Essentially, all the big household name suppliers. But we were curious to see how an independent expert would tackle the job and what they'd cost. So, we got in touch with David Moore and we're very, very glad we did. He came round to measure up and from the minute he started talking, we knew we were in safe, professional, highly experienced hands. A couple of weeks later we visited his shop in Hersham to go through the plans, discuss his/our ideas and listen to his advice and recommendations. We looked at styles/finishes/textures (the shop has display kitchens already built up and lots of samples). David was so thorough, patient, knowledgeable and non-salesy, we decided to go with him on the spot. The kitchen was ordered and David kept us updated with delivery dates. The other key point if you're looking to get a new kitchen is ask about the fitting. David uses a couple of specialists and the guy that removed our old kitchen and fitted the new one (Danny) was exceptional. Superb technical skill, familiarity with the product and attention to detail. Also, extremely calm, polite and just a lovely guy to have around. Crucial when the place looked like a disaster area for a few days! The dogs loved him too. What more could you want? If you're looking for brilliant advice, a high-quality German made product, and an expert start-to-finish service, we'd thoroughly recommend Moore by Design. Five stars all round.

   It is not very often you come across someone you would instantly recommend to friends, but David is an exception. From the initial meeting David understood exactly what we wanted and how to make that happen within our budget. After David presented us with the first designs we had no doubts that our kitchen was to be supplied and designed by David's company. During the iterations of the designs David also helped guide us through our work top choices (which we were uncertain on) by organising site visits to other kitchens he had fitted, so we could fine tune our decision making. David was also made time to meet the team who was heading up our renovation to ensure all the basics were in place for the kitchen and there were no hidden and costly surprises later on in the process. The final fitting was a seamless process, and any small issues were dealt with smoothly. The results were perfect, and I believe we could have not have chosen a better kitchen or team to work with, and would not hesitate to work with David again in the future.

   The whole process of getting a new kitchen was made much easier by David and his team. From the first visit, the design of the kitchen, slight changes and to the fitting everything went very well. Steve, the fitter, was very reliable, professional and did a great job. With the kitchen being so central to the house, it was a job that we were dreading but everything went according to plan and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Moore by Design

   I had a Moore by Design kitchen fitted almost 10 years ago and it still looks and feels great. I still love the design and although I was really impressed with the new designs in the showroom when I popped in the other day, my kitchen doesn't feel dated. The after care service even after 10 years is quick and efficient and I'm still greeted like a long lost friend - I'm continually impressed. I would highly recommend.

They delivered an awesome kitchen and made the kitchen part of the house build project go as smoothly and painlessly as possible.
