   Very disappointed in service & aftercare! I spent over 10k on kitchen & flooring with Hemel Howdens. Two issues happen very soon after: The flooring (with 30 yr finish and wear guarantee) started to become worn and damaged and a bracket supporting my integrated dishwasher became loose. After numerous emails to resolve both issues the "Q & A" questioned the fit of the flooring (which I disputed with photographic evidence) and I am still waiting for a new bracket to secure my dishwasher which is on the move with each use! I'd like to know what constitutes as wear for the floor guarantee and what has happened to my communication with getting the dishwasher issues sorted?! It seems I have to live with damaged & substandard flooring that I have invested in! Months have passed and now it seems as Howdens have their cash they have forgotten about customer service!
