   For Kitchens units is second to none. Regarding bedroom design and cupboard best to avoid. Competitors offer better units and internal designs no wasted space or voids. Regretted the choice of going with wren. Will buy Kitchens from them not bedroom furniture again.

   Where do I start. We started a full ground floor renovation and the kitchen was integral in our design but we were at a loss, that is until we ventured into Wren in Hayes and were introduced to a great chap by the name of Amardeep. Our budget was set and we had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure how to bring the idea to life but thanks to spending time and a number visits back and forth with Amardeep. We’d increased and stretched our budget but with every change we made Amardeep came back with a resolution with 3D rendering designs down to the mm. Things we hadn’t thought about but with his vast knowledge of kitchens and designs it wasn’t an issue. He exceeded our expectations and gave us a kitchen that has proved to work flawlessly in our day to day life. Even the after sales support was on point. So not sure if you’ll read this but thank you Amardeep!!

   We recently bought a kitchen from Wren Kitchens in Hayes, and Amardeep was extremely helpful from start to finish. He designed the kitchen exactly to our requirements and even provided a virtual tour so we could see how it would look beforehand. The kitchen was delivered on time, and once installed, it came out beautifully. We’re really happy with the overall service and highly recommend both Wren Kitchens in Hayes and Amardeep for anyone planning a new kitchen.

   Half of showroom was full of last years discontinued kitchens. Staff clearly not interested with customers who were paying with cash. Prices extortionate had to go for flatpack.2 weeks turned into 2 months for delivery. Quality of materials used were not fit for purpose compressed cardboard that decomposes with own weight with screws. Low thermal resistance. Puffs up with any moisture. Reason why so many discontinued models.staff clearly there to sell payment plans and loans. Designers level 9yr old minecrafter would have done better job. The kitchen we bought last summer is on %60sale,so we are ordering 3 doors for under sink because they have to be replaced every other month. And this model for sure will also be discontinued because of poor materials. Will be writing a full letter of complaint to head office and contacting trading standards for an investigation to this company and hopefully seek some compensation for spending so much money on a product that is clearly not fit for purpose. Avoid.forgot had to buy second hand sink. Because the one sold to us was to small to fit dishes or pots. Water would rebound at low pressure. Draining board was so level the water would run over border.

   Madhi at the Hayes branch was very thorough in her design of our kitchen, ensuring she took on board our requirements and budget. Ordered and delivered without any issues. A couple of small items were missing (a shelf and the shelf brackets) and these were promptly delivered. The kitchen looks great and we are very pleased with the quality so far.

   The ordering process was lengthy but that was of our making. The salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable, the software the company uses is awesome. The product itself is very good and if we were ever going to replace our kitchen again, I would definitely use them. We had a couple of damaged items but this was sorted out very efficiently. The only downside to the whole positive experience was with the worktop fitters who left sealant on the side panels when sealing an edge. They also failed to fill the remaining edges around the worktop and they wanted to have lengthy discussions about it not being their fault despite them measuring and fitting said worktops. This issue has been resolved but it was done unsatisfactorily but overall I would use them again

   Excellent service throughout and our representative Robin was extremely helpful. A lot of people regard Wren as expensive, but thanks to their sale, they ended up being cheaper than both Wicks and B&Q for what is by far a superior product. We had a couple of damaged items and one missing cupboard door and these were replaced within a week with no hassle simply by using the Wren customer app. Only thing that I would say, is get your fitting and worktops from somewhere else. This is where their quote really jumped. We sourced these elements ourselves and saved nearly £3k on their price.
