   I’m genuinely upset and disappointed with how I was treated at your store recently. I was interested in purchasing a table and had been standing near it for quite some time, ready to pay. Another customer came after me around 10 minutes and was still deciding whether they wanted it. When I went to the checkout, I was told I couldn’t buy the table because that customer was buying it but actually they was still deciding. What made this even worse is that the staff member first acknowledged that both of us were looking at the table. He said they would come to a “resolution,” which made me think the situation would be handled fairly. However, despite that, the other customer was allowed to walk up to the till and purchase the table, whilst I wasn't . This was completely unfair .Must I say I was there first, ready to pay, and was stopped without a valid reason. I waited around 20 minutes while the other customer continued deciding, and in the end, staff chose to give them priority. The explanations I was given didn’t make sense and the whole situation felt very unprofessional. I left the store feeling hurt, disrespected, and honestly betrayed as a loyal customer. No other retailer I’ve been to would ever stop someone who’s ready to make a purchase. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled, because no customer should ever be treated this way.

   I always enjoy visiting this place because of the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Volodymyr, the security man, stood out during my recent visit; he was incredibly efficient and went out of his way to assist my dad and me in getting a cabinet to our car. His kindness and willingness to help made a significant difference, and he truly is an asset to Homesense.

   A great Homesense store, always well stocked with a huge selection of any and everything you could ever think of and more. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with large items that need moving or asking if you can leave things by the till while you continue to shop. There is always a great selection of itmes here but I put that down to the head office also being in watford and the better items coming in? One of the biggest pet section of any Homesense store i have visited and I tend to always come home with a new dog toy. All round just love the huge selection of everything from candels, pillows, garden pots and accessories all the way down to bathroom items

   Disgusting behavior from the staff when I tried to return a faulty item that barely lasted any time. Instead of dealing with it properly, she gave me a judgmental look and told me she needed to call a “specialist” to assess it because it was so unusual. The way she said it made me feel like I was being accused of trying to scam them. I’ve spent plenty of money in this shop, and the least I expect is some basic respect. When I asked to speak to a manager, they didn’t even bother to come out. Instead, I was told to submit a complaint online. That is unacceptable. Complaints should be addressed on the spot, not pushed off. This place is unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly disgusting. I will never shop here again.

   This is part of TK maxx, good brand furniture you can get for less price, but they don't have enough, quite nice home products you can't from there for less price. HomeSense is very few shops in UK . Most of them with big TK MAXX.

3. A Beautiful Mind is Poetry Defined “ABM” ★★★★★

   Is a huge source of inspiration, for all those "Home Builders" who either are just starting out, or halfway through their project, or wishing to carry out a make-over. Again, the prices really are reasonable and better still they do have a range to satisfy most peoples pockets. So they really have thought of the customer and provided for all levels which is fantastic. Thoroughly recommend you pay them a visit, soon!
