If you use Sheen Kitchen, please avoid dealing with Heidi K. At best, she is completely unfamiliar with Sheen Kitchen Design's suppliers and uninterested in fulfilling clients' requests. At worst, she is a dishonest professional. She changed my original design multiple times without explanaitions, told me that what I had agreed on (and paid for) was not feasible unless I agreed to pay more (without specifying an amount), pressured me to accept a design I had not approved the night before she went on holiday, increased the estimate three times without providing any explanation, failed to offer any guarantees, refused to share the business's terms and conditions, and obstructed the complaint process. That said, Heidi's manager and Sheen Kitchen's owner were supportive and understanding. They quickly refunded my deposit once I shared my experience with Heidi.
