   I am a new tenant at Chester Homeshare in a share house in Chester. I have been very impressed by the landlord-Caroline Pattinson who has been quick to sort out any concerns I have had whilst settling in. The room is smartly furnished and well looked after by the landlord. Caroline has made sure the other members living within the share house try to maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere which creates a community feeling.    I recently moved into my new house in Chester with my partner who has a new job here and myself studying my masters. Caroline, our landlord, was an absolute delight throughout the whole process and super accommodating and helpful. We were able to view the house before being furnished and throughout the process of finishing the house which was very quick and efficient and Caroline was very compassionate and amazing at communication every step of the way. Moving in felt so easy and stress-free and we have made some great friends in the house which is always kept clean and any little problems have been sorted straight away :) We highly recommend Chester Homeshare to anyone looking to live in Chester and to make new friends !

   Caroline’s home is lovely and she’s really helpful and communicative if you have any queries. I am on a six month contract for work (MDS at Iceland), and Caroline has lots of tenants on short-term contracts, so she is ideal for my situation! The house is close to the train station and there is free parking on the street. My housemates are all really lovely as well, so Caroline is ideal if you want to live with other young professionals!

   I recently moved into my new house in Chester, all the way from Gloucester, after getting a new job here. Everything happened so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to personally view the house or the neighbourhood. But Caroline, my landlord, was an absolute gem throughout the whole process. She gave me a full video tour of the house, sent pictures of my room, and made sure I felt reassured every step of the way. Moving to a new city, starting a new job, and meeting new people can feel overwhelming, but I’m genuinely glad this part of the journey was made so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Chester Homeshare to anyone planning big changes or moving into the city — they truly make the transition seamless.

   Caroline is an excellent landlady!! She is thoughtful and easy to communicate with. I moved in to one of her properties three years ago, mainly because my housemates at the time were loud and uncaring towards the house, and I was looking for somewhere relatively quiet to move to with nice people. Caroline offered me a room in one of her properties on Lightfoot street which I ended up taking and living in for 3 years. The house is located a few minutes away from the shops and the train station and only a 10 minute walk from Chester city centre. The way she cared for the house and her tenants was so nice and refreshing to see. I made good friends with my housemates some of whom don’t live there anymore but I still keep in touch with to this day. She always answered every question promptly and efficiently. She also organises social gatherings twice a year to give a chance for everyone to meet new people which Is great if you’re new in Chester and want to make friends. I would highly recommend moving into one of Caroline’s properties if you are looking for somewhere quiet and close to town.

   This was only the second place I viewed in Chester but knew straight away that I wasn’t going to find anywhere better. The house is great with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Caroline has been an amazing landlady, making the moving in process very easy. For anyone looking to move to Chester, I couldn’t recommend Chester Homeshare highly enough.

   There’s not one bad word I can say about my move to Chester from Leeds and that’s all because of the help of Caroline! Caroline has been incredible since the day I sent that very first message on Spare Room. I came to view the house within a day of our first message and I couldn’t quite believe my eyes. I’d been to look around a few house-shares before Caroline’s and this house is just incomparable. It is classy, clean and is just stunning from top to bottom - it truly is the kind of place you’d want to live when starting up a new life in a new area! Something that I have found amazing is the social aspect of house sharing with Chester Home share. I got to meet my house mates at a social event in the local pub, with lots of tenants from Caroline’s other houses there too! I get along with all of my house mates and have felt so settled since day one. We even recently went on a night out in Chester and have lots of plans together over the coming months!! I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to live in a stunning house, at an affordable price with a landlady that is just a WhatsApp message away. I cannot recommend Chester home share enough - they are one of a kind!

   It's fairly easy to write this as from when I first moved in, it's been great fun. I first saw the house share online in November 2021, contacted Caroline and got a very swift response. Moving in was hassle free and quick. My housemates and I got along instantly, feeling at home didn't take long. I hadn't seen the room before my move in date, but just from the call I had with Caroline, I had a feeling that it would be the right move to do. The socials we've had have also been fun and calm, drinks and cocktail making at The Suburbs that was paid for from Caroline, all too kind. Plus it's a great opportunity to meet the neighbours and get to know a few more friendly faces in this community. Worth the risk? Absolutely.
