   Very disappointed with them. They were my first choice to get my kitchen from but nobody followed up with us after initial consultation and design even after feeling survey i got due to lack of contact etc and so we went with Wren unfortunately. I consider them root cause to my problem with kitchen!

   It would be nice if they could keep their appointments.My appointment was cancelled on 5pm Friday without any reason or without a phone call (Not very professional! The kitchens might be amazing but surly if an appointment is being cancelled one should give reasons or at a very least a phone call .

   Useless company to deal with. Branch closed in Greenford. No one told the customer (i.e. myself) when it come down to actually putting in the final order and measurements with Brentford - they said the price had increased due to blah blah? This was after a year of securing the price and details and keeping up to date with the greenford branch. Surely that's why you put a deposit down to secure price and delivery date? Now have 2 weeks to order a Kitchen. Well done magnet.

   Buying a Magnet kitchen through trade but need to sort out final bit which is flooring, we needed to see it in store. Called branch twice and they said pop down anytime. Got there and staff member just said trade closed and had never heard of flooring and was no help and pretty much just walked off. Very rude and poor customer service. Might buy floor elsewhere now.

   Was sent to this branch from their Greenford branch to pick up replacement units for my kitchen! When I got there, I asked for a trolley to which they apparently did not have. I had to carry 4 boxes on my own! Was offered no help! Rude staff! Ben - their manager had no interest in offering help or getting someone to help! Now one must wonder how they treat their elderly customers if they had heavy units needing replacement..
