   Worst experience I ever had with unprofessional and unreliable people even the manager doesn’t know anything. Worst service I ever dealt with in last 20 years I’m in the business.useless staff . B&Q even better and cheaper I complete the kitchen and they changing plan last minute because they know is they mistake. I feel sorry for benchmark to have unprofessional staff and managers in Sutton branch. Stay away from this branch

   Superb service from start to finish. We popped in and saw Rachel and although we hadn't booked an appointment she spent some time with us and gave us good advice. She sent over some visuals later in the day and it made us realise that one of our layouts just wouldn't work. We ordered the units and they arrived a week later and the guy who delivered them was really helpful too. Very happy with the service, the quality and the price.
