This isn't the household name. I spent the an hour getting the bus here to find out it is not the John Lewis and couldn't buy what I needed on my day off.
Sadly I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. The cabinet came off the wall, which they came back to fix. However, the fix was to create a hole in our wall and unattractively affix a wooden beam. A real shame when you’ve spent so much money on a kitchen. Not only that. We’re left with the hole that’s letting in large amounts of cold air into our home. Not ideal when you have a young baby. I’ve been chasing for this to be fixed and still no reply.
We are very pleased with our kitchen. Michael was brilliant - I knew what I wanted generally but Michael's suggestions and his designs have worked really well and every team member we spoke to was helpful and organised. It is an extremely good quality kitchen and the installation was meticulous particularly given our old wonky walls. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael and the company.
Really delighted with our kitchen and the support provided by Michael T. We started off knowing what we wanted but not how to get it. Michael was unerringly patient, helping us to realise our vision, making sound recommendations about design and appliances within our price range and always good tempered when we changed our minds! The quality of the kitchen is great - If we were ever to do this again (and we’re really hoping we won’t!) we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to John Lewis of Hungerford. Thank you.
