Recently moved to Chester to do my Masters, and the people here were super helpful with moving into my place. The process is one of the easier I’ve had to do throughout my time at Uni, and the deposit was very low for an incredibly spacious, very affordable property in the city centre. Lou has been incredibly helpful, whether it be over the phone or in person, and any issues are resolved incredibly quickly through her so far. If you’re moving to Chester for Uni, and are looking for somewhere affordable but still wanting your own space, this place hasn’t disappointed.

I've been with Bed rentals for the last 2 years and they have been absolutely excellent, they are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Before I came to bed rentals I went with another housing company and they were the complete opposite they wouldn't help and they would blame us for every little thing that happened and when we reported something to do with the house they would take ages to deal with the situation and if we were to ask them about the situation they would speak to the housemates rudely. So when we decided to make the move over yo bed rentals it were the best decision I've made while being at university. The staff at bed rentals always have a smile on there face a ndwhen you walk past they would always wave and ask how your day is going which makes a big difference to me personally. Even more recently I've had a horrible injury from rugby meaning that I can't walk very well, as soon as I told bed rentals they were extremely concerned and couldn't do more to help, they allowed me to move to the downstairs bedroom to make my life easier numerous members of staff from bed rentals have asked me asking how I am am if I need any help with anything and if there is anything they can do to help. If I could give them more than 5 stars then I certainly would do and I definitely recommend to any student to go with Bed rentals and they will definitely not regret it

I studied at Chester uni from 2018 to 2021 and Bed were there to guide me through my final year of house hunting and help me in my studies, too. They’re a great company that supports students and the general Chester community, even sponsoring an event I ran for my degree in my second year of uni. I spent my final year of study in the pandemic but Bed did all they could to support me and ensure I felt safe and comfortable in the property I rented, and even managed to put me with like-minded people making the last year the best year I had! After leaving uni, now a year later, they have continued to help me, even when I got a very important parcel delivered to my old address; they were kind enough to send it all the way down to me in London. I would highly recommend this friendly, engaged and supportive rental company with beautiful and very affordable properties!
Coming to the end of my tenancy this year, and really excited to move into my new house for next year, I couldn't be happier with the experience with Bed. After having first year in lockdown I wanted to meet more people and live in a big house, and was placed with new people that are now my best friends. The staff really wanted us to have a good year and grouped together people that would get on living together and they were right. The staff are so welcoming and answer any questions we have, can't recommend them enough
