   I shopped at Trevi Home twice when renovating my home. I was delighted with the service and the quality of their product range on both occasions. Their range of shower cubicles is great and Trevi was able to source the exact cubicle and shower screen that I had set my heart on. It was great to be able to view the products in their showroom before purchasing. They also have a good range of tiles that you don’t find in your average tile shop. I found some beautiful porcelain tiles that go perfectly in my downstairs shower room. Big shout out to Ruby for the excellent customer service. Thanks Ruby! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trevi Home to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom.

   Last summer, our bathroom was design and delivered from Trevi. Design process was easy, thanks to Ruby. She listened to our needs and preferences and delivered the great disign. All the items we purchased are really top quality. I would deffinitely work with them again. Working with Trevi home saved us time and money.

   We have our bathroom done. We worked with Trevi Home, closely working with Ruby, designing and ordering everything from this place and we are very glad that that was the right decision. They were amazing and sort out any ordering issues quickly and efficiently without any complaints. We have an amazing bathroom now. We would definitely work with them again.

   We have our kitchen designed and delivered from Trevi home and I can't express enough how happy I am with my wonderful kitchen.To begin with I just went and browsed the showroom for tiles and bathroom fittings but we ended up buy our full kitchen. Walat Kurdi was our designer and he is such a wonderful person who helped me choose and select the fittings. He was patient and very attentive to all the details I mentioned in the design . With a very tricky layout he made it effortless and seamless process. We were having a big renovation so there was lot of stress but he helped us choose our kitchen within our budget. He has been a amazing person throughout the process and helped us bring our dream kitchen to life . I am very please and happy with the outcome and happy we choose Trevi Home. I will highly recommend them and the quality of the kitchen is top notch . It is German made quality and the best in the UK. Anybody looking to refurbish their kitchen or even bathrooms you do not need to go anywhere else but to Trevi Home. Their customer service and after service is top class and I am super happy I went with them. Thank you Walat and Trevi Home for a wonderful kitchen .

   I was very impressed by the friendly and thorough manner of Walad at Trevi Homes. He gave excellent support in sourcing a more complicated request of a high quality brushed brass sink. Furthermore, he made very good suggestions for an extractor fan. The company, he sourced the sink from, recommended a tap to go with it. Unfortunately, it didn't quite match the sink and was too strong for my other brushed brass fittings. He made it very easy for me to return the item to the local Kingston shop and I didn't have any return costs.

   Spent 20k on a kitchen which was fitted AWFULLY, clearly the fitters are out sourced with little professionalism and not qualified for the quality of kitchen they were fitting. Adel was having money issues and was desperate to be paid, pushy, aggressive and very unprofessional. Extractor and dishwasher panel mysteriously went missing from my property after I raised my concerns about the fitting. STAY AWAY FROM TREVI AND ADEL.

   I was charged a ridiculous price for such shoddy work, trevi also fitted a boiler and cylinder, I have now been told by the manufacturer, it’s all been installed incorrectly . Adel, and fitters are all being reported, to remove the installers certification, and to stop safety certificates being issued incorrectly ,and a court case will be forthcoming.I now have costs to correct all the faults, and make my home safe once more, all of this while battling serious health issues. Disgusting. Do not touch them.

   Adel and Co when we brought the kitchen were more than helpful and the price was spot on. The problem lies that it took 18 months to replace a faulty corner unit and when speaking to Adel many times plus 8 what's app messages in which i only had one reply he promised his installers would come round to rectify the problem. The replacement insides did arrive but had to find at my cost someone to install correctly although asking 3 times. The price was nice but service sub par. Unit now installed correctly, kitchen is good. I will say they used unused granite from kitchen tops and used as window tops. I would give 5 stars but after market and 18 month delay takes away stars.

   I bought an ex-display kitchen from the director of Trevi Home. The kitchen was delivered in January 2020. The kitchen I bought included two specific items which were not originally on display, a Corian top for a kitchen island and an an ex-display Miele fridge. The Corian top delivered to me was the wrong size, 400mm shorter than agreed in writing, and useless for its intended purpose. The director was not willing to replace it. The Miele fridge delivered is unfit for use. It has corrosion and rust at the back; it was filthy, dented and damaged. The rust and corrosion, according to the director, is precisely "normal". My attempts to have the situation partially rectified, by asking for either the top or the fridge to be replaced or refunded, have been ignored. There has been no apology. The director is no longer responding to messages. Future potential customers of this firm may wish to take note of my experience.
