   My experience with Magnet was incredibly positive when arranging my new kitchen. From the very start, the communication was brilliant and I always felt really looked after. Karen, my designer, was amazing - so knowledgeable, helpful, and she really listened to what I wanted to help me achieve my dream kitchen. I felt completely in safe hands with her. Even my builder commented on how impressed he was with Magnet, which made me feel even more confident I’d chosen the right place. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end result.

   After a bad experience elsewhere (I won’t name names) I chose Magnet to help me with the kitchen for my newly refurbished flat. Karen was an angel from start to finish, she was super responsive, couldn’t do enough to make an already stressful situation easier for me, she really went above and beyond with her customer service and to be honest, I probably wouldn’t have gone with magnet (price wise) had I not met Karen. Thank you so much Karen, for all your support. My new kitchen is unreal - your recommendations were spot on and I couldn’t be happier!!! Will 100% be coming back for support on my next Reno!

   Can’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough, Super helpful I purchased an ex display oven for one of my rental properties and there was a fault with the oven, Within 48hours the oven had been replaced with one of a higher spec at no extra cost. Starting a kitchen renovation in a few months and will definitely be using magnet. Thanks again my tenants are very please as am I.

   I recently placed my order for a new kitchen Nicole from the Sutton Magnet Branch. I have to say whilst searching for a kitchen in several outlets and Brands Magnet and Nicole lived up to reputation. She was helpful, patient and brilliant and listen to all my needs and supported me making the right decision. Went beyond the call of duty to get me everything I needed and was very responsive. I am looking forward to my kitchen arriving but I am very happy this far.

   Our newly renovated Kitchen and utility room we're provided by Magnet Sutton. I immediately felt comfortable with their sales associate Duncan and he worked extremely hard to provide me with everything I needed within my budget. There were a few hiccups along the way but all rectified swiftly with no drawn out processes. Both Duncan and the manager Abbie-Rose were very helpful and welcoming and I would definitely recommend this store.

   Horrible. Booked an appointment online. Got an email from them saying that they need to speak to me to confirm the appointment and then another stating that everything is confirmed. I rang them to make sure that everything is fine and the manager told me that they don't have anything available on the date I booked the appointment and blamed the system. Just ignore this branch. They cant even get their appointments in order. Very unprofessional. No wonder that they screwed up the order of the other reviewer.

   Fitted a kitchen for them. Worktop was too short on one side. Had to go out my own way and buy one at a cost of 350 pounds. They refused to refund any of the cost for the short worktop. Kitchen fitters avoid. They made up some rubbish story dispite the client paying 7k for the kitchen. Apparently the short worktop was free so couldn't refund. The mannorism and professionalism of there sales rep (Duncan) was disgusting kept tripping up over his wording. There quick to sell you a kitchen and take your money. After sales are awful avoid! I fit kitchens for a living and never come accessed anything like this place.
