   Saj created fantastic designs for my bathroom renovation that captured exactly what I was looking for. He explained everything clearly, was professional throughout, and I never felt rushed into making decisions. He also helped me keep costs within budget without compromising on quality - especially on the tiles, where his showroom suggestions helped me secure a better price. He even arranged for most of the installation to take place while I was on holiday, so I came home to a beautiful new bathroom. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or work with him again in the future.

   IDC did a fantastic job of designing and installing our new kitchen. Lily led the project with great design flair and eye for detail and was always available for discussion and follow up throughout the whole process and beyond. The kitchen required straight line and curved elements and Lily ensured that cabinets from two different suppliers integrated perfectly. Would highly recommend.

   We used IDC for our kitchen extension on the recommendation of a sibling. We were not local to the area but upon initial consultation with Paul, we knew this was the way forward! Paul has been brilliant throughout this project, from concept through to delivery. He is a talented designer, both creative and practical in offering solutions that work. The long distance nature of our relationship meant Paul could not make any site visits, however this did not hamper the process or outcome in any way - our new kitchen looks and feels amazing! We are just starting to use the new kitchen and are finding the design and space afforded truly revolutionary. Paul was a delight to work with, a big thank you to him and the rest of the team at IDC.

   We had such a good experience renovating our kitchen with Joel at IDC that I wouldn’t know where to start. And the results were far beyond our expectations. He and the rest of the team are not only incredibly talented and professional, but also show a great level of care for the small details and requests. As soon as we began the design process with Joel, it became clear that we found what we were looking for. Our project came with some constraints, such as budget and space, but they were navigated with a great level of creativity and expertise. The initial designs Joel came up with were already perfect, but he was also happy and eager to adapt them, sometimes going through great changes, to our lifestyle requirements and personal preferences. Even in these instances, we never felt like we were left alone in our decision process, which is something that can be worrying with a renovation process, especially considering it was our first. Joel was always there along the way, providing advice and validating our ideas. IDC covers also the project management side of things, which is very useful and takes a lot of issues away. Like any renovation project, there are timelines, installation, and logistic considerations involved, all of which were foreseen and taken care of by the team. As a client, you’re also provided with a direct line of communication with the person in charge of the project. This is invaluable, as it allows very quick conversations around planning, decisions and problem solving. As the kitchen arrived, its quality was immediately clear. They are made in a factory from Germany, and all materials and assembly are flawless. The level of customization that can be applied to the layout and units is also very extensive, we haven’t seen anything like it from other kitchen renovators, back when we were still in the search phase. Not only the insides of the cabinets can be customized, but custom types of cabinets can also be created, both in terms of size and functionality. The installer from IDC was also incredible. Very precise and skilled, taking care of the smallest details. It truly felt like seeing an artist at work. Let’s also talk about the issues. Some small issues and unexpected things are inevitable with any renovation process, let alone with the level of customization that these kitchens provide. So it’s more about the quantity, gravity and, most importantly, how they are addressed. We only had a couple of minor cosmetic issues, mainly due to sizing and all outside of IDC’s control. New parts were immediately ordered and taken care of. For example, we have a lift and set of stairs with low ceiling leading to our flat, neither of which fit the very tall and large fridge unit. IDC had a completely new, unassembled replacement shipped from Germany in time for the worktop installation, with no extra cost to us nor delay to the project! The direct line of communication with Joel proved incredibly useful here, and made the process very smooth. Overall, the process was incredibly smooth and we couldn’t be more impressed with the result. We were so happy, halfway through the process we started our wardrobe renovation with them. And we’re planning to renovate out two bathrooms with IDC next year. Thank you Joel and to the whole team for your incredible work!

   I went to IDC with my wife and Lilly spoke with us quickly about our requirements for a new kitchen. We explained our kitchen design requirements and off the bat, she talked about her experience, expertise, knowledge. However, when we asked questions about when is the best time to sit for a design consultation and suppliers, she became quite irate and rolled her eyes as if our questions were silly. She kept asking us how reputable were our builders because she had many clients with bad experiences. We reassured her we have gone with a highly reputable one, she retorted that she has never heard of our builders and went on about her clients' experiences again. My wife asked very standard questions about the price schedule to which Lilly became even more irate and replied with an attitude that she didn't know what my wife was going on about. When we asked about how many designers were on the team, she immediately snapped back and asked if we wanted to speak with someone else. We were completely shocked by her unprofessionalism. We explained we just wanted to know the team size in case she was unavailable to help us and she went on about their nationality, their age. My wife explained to her that she felt uncomfortable with how this is going and Lilly dramatically but passive aggressively said she is so sorry for making my wife uncomfortable. We were so baffled by this interaction that we left quite quickly. It is a real shame because we were excited to speak with IDC but even more confused why Lilly would treat potential customers that way. If she wouldn't listen to our questions, how can we give her the design brief? She seemed very defensive and arrogant in her mannerism. Shame as we don't want to step foot in the shop again as I'm sure the other designers seem great based on the other reviews. Hopefully we were just unlucky and caught her on a bad day.

   Saj recently designed and supplied all material for 3 bathrooms as part of my home extension and renovation. His designs were very good and his personal service goes above and beyond. Out of all suppliers that I dealt with, Saj was by far the best. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

   This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10

   We used IDC for both our kitchen and bathroom renovation. Lilly and Saj have both been outstanding, they understood our needs, gave very honest advice as well as great design ideas and were very responsive throughout the entire process including after sale services. We had a small issue with our fridge. Lilly helped us find someone to fix it within 3 days. Overall very happy with the result and their service. Would highly recommend them!

   Said was wonderful to work with, flexible, response and making himself available for constant questions. He had renderings done of my projected bathroom which were extremely useful. He ordered complex shipments of various materials which arrived entirely as agreed. He was a real pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Interior Design Concepts to anyone.
