   I ordered a Metaltex shopping trolley which arrived on time however the standard of it is nothing like the one which I already have, so straight replacement. Obviously seconds, damaged wheels and fraying piping and zip. Reading reviews (wish I'd done that first!) I don't think I will get a refund/ Checked on Companies House and they are not even registered! Beware/

   I ordered 2 MUGS, advertised as 'two mugs provided' on the listing from this company. When the order arrived, they have sent me ONE mug. I went back to look at the listing and they have changed it. Nowhere now does it state you get one mug only. Look at their Amazon reviews. They are pulling the same stunt with the mugs they advertise as being a pair there too. SHYSTERS. NEVER AGAIN.

   I ordered a teapot described only as ‘Rockingham’. It appeared navy blue on website. It arrived quickly & well packaged, but color was dark brown. I called for a refund, emailed photos as requested but an STILL after 2weeks waiting for a response.

   I bought my 'New' cooler via Mahahome on ebay shop.It arrived a week late despite messages confirming dispatch.This is an expensive item - over £100 - and I was disappointed to find a noticeable external dent in the rear LH corner of the base. As this is cosmetic I've decided not to return it or argue for compensation, but I will not be buying from this store again. The woman on Customer Service was the only professional person there and did her best despite the constant misinformation. UPDATE: Mahahome reached out offering some compensation and whilst this too had to be chased, it has finally come through and it was nice that I hadn't asked for it. Again, my thanks to Marisa on Customer Services - it's mainly due to her that I've added two stars to my original review. Had I not had to chase the refund, I would have added 3.
