   At the end of August, my husband bought me a stainless steel water bottle from this shop. When I got home that evening, I noticed that the steel was dirty, both inside and outside, and above all damaged with scratches. I was very disappointed, especially given the price and the fact that I don’t live nearby. Two weeks later, I went back to the store to explain the issue and my dissatisfaction. The sales assistant was condescending, did not believe me, raised her voice, and made me angry by questioning my honesty. As a loyal customer, this experience means I will no longer shop at this store. The original model was no longer available, so I had to settle for another one (and I don’t like it). To make matters worse, I later saw that the prices are lower on the official website.

   Phoned incorrect place in error, lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Very strange considering it's a retail/home shop, customer service definitely need improving.

   Absolutely the best builders merchant for the trade.used them for years. Mahesh at Westbourne Grove is the go to encyclopedia of all building materials and alternatives.

   I went in to buy something I needed for a gathering recently but was hounded by a lady sales associate to buy items that I did not need. She was insistent on me purchasing these items. I did so just to keep her happy. Her sales technique was pretty shoddy as they went straight in bin. I don't even like candles

   Was glad Lords, home supplies, Westbourne Grove, was open today. But I was taken aback that th two shop assistants were not wearing masks or gloves. They could be asymptomatic and a danger to customers.

   Lots of stuff to look at. The place is a convenient neighborhood shop which has great household products. They have anything from garbage cans, laundry hampers, storage boxes, french press makers, plants, soap, tea, and many other useful randoms.Nice shop for kitchen tools.
