Been using Magnet Kensington for over 10 years and have dealt with Mr Stuart Badger who has always provided an amazing service. Beautiful design, fast service, always responds and great after service. I highly recommend you use his services and Magnet Kensington which is located in a fantastic location and easy parking around. The whole show room is beautiful and the manager of the Kensington Branch has been very welcoming. Thank you team and hope to see Stuart soon again. Five star
I would not recommend refurbishing your kitchen with Magnet. I have recently refurbished and I am completely disappointed. I have used their fitters too, as I thought it would make the fitting less stressful (being experienced working with this company). The end outcome of my design is very disappointing especially my integrated fridge unit. I was promised a fridge unit with a cupboard above. It looks very patchy, uneven and awful. The communication is very poor between the designer and the fitters, each party blames the other and at the end you pay both Magnet and the fitters and left with a poor result that nobody wants to take responsibility. Customer service also not helpful.
Worst company doing the kitchen for high price with very poor quality fitting. Manager nicola and the cow boys kitchen fitter,please avoid getting kitchen from them. Once they get the money, they have no interest in knowing the problems and fixing them.
5 stars for Magnet Kensington, my kitchen story was amazing from start to finish. Starting with Stuart from the store, after explaining my requirements, Stuart measured up my kitchen, making the most of my space. His recommendations all explained, I knew exactly what to expect on delivery. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and able to guide me through my kitchen journey every step of the way. 5 stars for Carlos my kitchen fitter, simply amazing and so skilled, from start to finish Carlos worked on my kitchen, taking pride in his work as if it was his own kitchen. Whilst working he kept my home tidy and free from dust, clearing away any rubbish. Overall I definitely would recommend Magnet.
Communicaion is terrible unless they want money! Paid deposit six weeks ago still no instalation date. The assisant dealing with my kitchen instalation seems to have no interest in helping or giving updates.
It brings me no pleasure to give a local business such a low rating, but the recent fitting of my kitchen has destroyed all my new flooring. This could easily be penned as an accident, however, the claim was refuted by senior management despite extensive photographic evidence (one attached here) and building professional witnesses. After eight phone calls, three site visits and four different managers I find myself no closer to resolving this. In short, I would not recommend Magnet to fit your kitchen and think carefully before making such a big decision.
Excellent kitchen finished and installed to a high standard with the minimum of fuss. The Kensington High Street branch staff were extremely helpful in selecting and designing the kitchen to suit our needs, particularly getting the most out of the limited space and difficult layout of an older built flat. The installation contractor recommended by Magnet was very efficient and kept the noise and dust to a minimum finishing on time and to budget.
