Their customer service ( Armin) is also excellent—always responsive and personal. Plus, the London showroom lets us & our clients see the furniture firsthand. Highly recommend!

   Our historical experience with this company was good. We had a Poliform kitchen and when we moved after twenty years it was as good as the day we purchased thee kitchen. So when we did move we decided to return to Poliform. Yes the kitchen was expensive. You can expect that with the Italians based in the Kings Road but beware things can go astray with this company. Having agreed a kitchen design, when the kitchen did eventually arrive, alterations had been made without our authority. This was extremely disappointing. Our design also incorporated a central island with an extractor. Quite standard. The unit exhales through a ducting in our floor. Our builder had some work to complete before a few of the panels were finally secured. On inspection the Poliform fitter had used duct tape extensively on fitting the vent ducts. Apparently he had been with Poliform for many years. This was quite alarming. Luckily our builder removed the ducts and in the box there were a number of items that were simply not used. The vents were removed and secured properly in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Be careful with this company. Yes the kitchens appear to be good quality and certainly durable but when dealing with the office staff who always seem helpful and polite ,things can go astray if you are not careful and do not keep your finger on the pulse. Poliform seem a little self indulgent. They have arrived in West London and in the Kings Road but the company can fall short of expectations. Conclusion. Certainly consider Poliform but be careful.
