   I bought an ex-display Gaggenau Warming Drawer from this business which did not work correctly (did not heat up) when received. I offered for them to arrange a service call from the manufacturer, which he refused to do. I then requested for my money back as the goods were not fit fir purpose, which he again refused. Elcio then had the nerve ti suggest that I may have changed parts in it to make it not work. Avoid this business and individual at all costs, or at least pay on a credit card, not cash as he requested from me.

   We visited several kitchen suppliers before settling on Kitchens & More to redesign and supply a new kitchen for us in 2019. Thanks to Elcio I don’t think we could have gotten a better kitchen for our space. It is far more functional and much prettier than it was and excellent quality too. We were so happy with the results that we went straight to Elcio to design our wall of fitted cupboards for the master bedroom last year. We also asked Elcio to oversee the redecorating of the reminder of the flat. Everything was done to a high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend K & M.

   Elcio and his team was a delight to work with especially during a difficult period of lock-down and Brexit making deliveries unreliable. Finish was great. Our house is over a hundred years old and no angle is straight but they managed to find solutions to all problems. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

   We had an amazing experience when we contracted Kitchens & More to refurbish our lounge. They removed our non-functioning fireplace and custom-made a brand new bookshelf, a bay window seat and storage units. This really transformed our under-used living room into our favourite space in the house. It is now a fantastic place to host guests or just to have some peace and quiet. And it is a perfect man cave too, with the built-in, hidden, fully functional bar behind the sliding mirror doors. Kitchens and More did a truly fantastic job, way above our wildest expectations. Their attention to detail, interior design ideas, good taste and personalised service is very hard to find and we would definitely recommend them.

   Sorry....I tried but could not remove the negative review. You are correct. It was Just Kitchens also on Kings Road and not your firm who were the despicable installers.    A new home that I rented for 18 months in Ascot was supplied and installed by Kitchen & More. They failed to attach the freezer icemaker and dishwasher to the home's plumbing system. Despite many calls by the homeowner and myself, Kitchen & More gave lame excuses and never showed up. Lousy after sale service. Look elsewhere or you deserve what I suffered through. They should be ashamed of themselves as a retailer.
