   This company is in the brink of bankruptcy. They have unsettled bills with all of their suppliers and take over a year to deliver (if they deliver at all). In my case it took 16 months and the kitchen was not complete. I lost £27k. Avoid it at all costs.

   The showroom is definitely the only part of the experience that works - we bought into it, and our subsequent 3 week expensive project turned into 9 months of hell....worst worst experience we have ever had - had massive cost implications for us. We were also having a kitchen put in at another property with another firm and talk about night and day - the other firm were brilliant - would never ever recommend Smallbone even to my worse enemy.

   I'm incredibly impressed with the excellent service I received during my recent visit to the Small bone venue in Knightsbridge. From the entrance to the beautiful interior design complimented by the fine art pieces and uniquely positioned kitchen units brought a tremendous modern feel but still paid homage to classic craftsmanship. The staff made my experience even better by passionately speaking about the inspiration behind the art pieces and the brand history. Kish, Zarina and Matt are all great people who stood out for me and made sure my experience at the venue was exceptional and one to remember. I recommend anyone interested in fine art, luxurious kitchen units and an overall regal atmosphere visit this gallery.

   Never work with these people. Nearly finished my kitchen with them and it's a most nasty experience. Showroom looks great, no questions, but actual end result in your kitchen is absolutely awful, no matter how much you spend. They will make every mistake you can possibly expect as well as most uforeseeable ones. Not a single deadline was kept. They never would correct any mistakes they've made and are totally immune of the concept of trying to adhere to an approved design or timetable. Not a soul in their organisation cares about how they complete a job, all they care about is to sell one to you. Do not be duped by what you see on the website or in the showroom, you'd regret you've ever got to hire them.
