I visited the Fulham Road store to make a home purchase without really knowing what I would want. The gentleman who served me was outstanding: knowledgeable, patient and really passionate about the brand. I could not be happier with the service and would highly recommend to all!

Lovely , friendly store for all your Le Cruset needs. Products speak for themselves. Hard wearing and long lasting. Store manager is very nice and very customer focused. I always choose this branch when buying Le Cruset. Head and shoulders friendlier than the Marylebone shop

Was surprised to see such low reviews when I was looking up the opening hours - needed to exchange an item for another colour and also buy another gift. The staff were so nice and helpful, offering advice on what to get and very accommodating. Also gift wrapped a small item which didn’t come in a box which was really nice of him to do! Great service - thank you!

I live and work very close to your Fulham Road store. I enjoy buying your products as they are pretty and fun . Normally I have a really good experience in your store. Your staff is well trained and rather lovely. Not tonight, though. I am still in shock after visiting your store this evening. I entered the store planning to buy several mugs and some other things, as presents. I only chose two items as the mugs were all covered in dust and greasy finger prints. Not a good look for a present. I would have had to take them out of the boxes and wash them myself before gifting them. As I was trying to find a clean mug, the male customer assistant approaches me and informs me that he is very busy (he really was, as lots of customers). I assure him that I am absolutely fine and no need to feel under pressure. Most customers left so he approaches me again, apologising for his lack of assistance. I assure him again, that he really doesn’t need to worry about me as I am familiar with the products and I know exactly what I want. I was genuinely trying to make him feel relaxed and not under pressure. I am always a very easy going customer. As a response to my assurance, he rolls his eyes and tells the other customers- “well, this is life! Look at this! I just got to keep smiling! What could I do? “ as if he has just been the victim of shocking verbal abuse from some mad customer. I felt uncomfortable but I really wanted to buy those mugs, also it takes me a while to get angry. As ahead of me where these customers , I politely asked them: are you waiting in the line? Just making sure I wasn’t jumping in front of them. They replied that they were just waiting around. The customer assistant to the male customer- “you see, what did I say? Just keep smiling. What else could you do?” The customer felt embarrassed and asked the customer assistant- “long day?” It took me a while to realise that the customer assistant was actually harassing me. Mocking me, making me feel uncomfortable for absolutely no reason apart from the fact that maybe he didn’t like my face. I left the mugs on the counter and I said- I am going to complain about you. Your manners are really bad.” It was the most bizarre, surreal shopping experience I ever had. This person is definitely not suitable for customer service. He certainly doesn’t understand when a customer is just being nice and undemanding. He doesn’t understand that the role of a customer assistant is not gossiping with other customers. I am sure, should I have been a male declining assistance I would have been treated with respect. But in his mind, a female should always need help or otherwise she is just arrogant. Unfortunately, I will never visit your store again, which is a shame, because it was really close to my place. I am actually annoyed that I have to avoid this place I used to like shopping in.

Aggressive about mask wearing and hand sanitiser for those who are exempt - will shop online instead. It's no wonder the high Street is collapsing. The irony is I was prepared to pay more to help the highstreet. If you want their stuff go to John Lewis and be treated properly or buy online.

I got given a Le Creuset travel mug for Christmas which I love. Unfortunately the lid broke so I took it in to the Fulham Rd shop and they kindly exchanged it for me. Great customer service. Many thanks

Have been an ardent supporter of Le Creuset.Purchased many items along the way. However, I am most disappointed with the after sales treatment at the Fulham branch. They are only in terested in doing sales..they do not want to take any responsibilities after sales, do not want to represent their customers eso when pertaining to the lifetime warranty. We pay premium prices for Le Crruset products..because we belief in the quality. No customer would ask for a replacement if theres no fault. A note of advice...enamel on the inside of pot chips quite easily if used on induction stove..so i guess Le Creuset is of not much of use to me now that i have changed my gas stove to induction cooker.
