They gave us an estimated time scale of 8-12 weeks and we completed by 11 weeks and that was included all the Christmas holidays, so we were very pleased.

So glad we used Walkers and Co to sell our property and buy our new house. From the off our allocated solicitor, Rachel and her paralegal Amy could not have been more professional and helpful. We had a very difficult chain and there were times where both Rachel and Amy would spend the majority of their day in dealing with the complexities, in order to get through the process for us. Nothing was too much trouble at all. I would wholeheartedly recommend Walkers to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancer, at a reasonable cost.
By far the worst company available when you're using them to move house. Lost emails, no response, our solicitor hasn't been able to get past the receptionist for weeks. Waiting for deadlines that they have set for them to then miss them. Absolute disgrace of a company and I would advise anyone and everyone to give them the widest berth possible.
