Mr Cotterill recently helped us with a complicated contract dispute with a defendant who wasn’t keen to cooperate to resolve things amicably. The defendant resisted mediation and sent robust warning communications and legal threats to dissuade us from pursuing the return of our deposit. Mr Cotterill unpicked the case and ranked our best courses of action. He made us aware from the beginning of potential pitfalls and appraised us of the financial reality of the dispute we were entering into. Absolutely shocking! No win no fee case accepted, then refused to do as I instructed or go to court. Also have therapy which could help me regain use of my leg apparently but have left me crippled for 2 years for some reason rather than telling me what and where the therapy needed is. Takes them far too long to get anything done and they have no interest in working quickly
