    Avoid this company at all costs. Communication is zero, to the point you have to physically go in branch for answers, but when you do this you get met with arrogance and attitude. Honestly never felt treated so badly as a customer. Weeks of unnecessary stress due to incompetent staff. Always false promises on replies to the point I found everything out about the sale/purchase of our house from the sellers/buyers before these even let me knew what was going on. Awful.

We mainly dealt with Rebecca and Bridget, who were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
