I dealt with Megan throughout and whilst I was emotional and a lot felt like a rollercoaster. I am happy I used Whitegates and would use them again.
Recently just moved into my first home which I bought through Whitegates. Everyone there was so lovely, really friendly and easy to talk to, which I’ve definitely not found with some other estate agents! My experience with Whitegates was brilliant. I met a young man called James, who guided me through the whole process before I initially put my property up for sale. I had the pleasure of meeting three other estate agents in my home, but I immediately knew that James was the one for the job. Throughout the process, I dealt mostly with Christian and James, who handled everything professionally and always in a timely manner. I couldn’t find fault with the branch and would like to personally thank everyone for their efforts. At times, I can be difficult to deal with, but James always responded to any questions I had - even after work hours. A great team overall, and I would recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to sell to speak with these guys first!
I purchased my new home over the past couple of months and really appreciate all the help and support given to me throughout. Tom was really helpful from the get go. From when i decided to put my house on the market he explained everything to me so I understood the process. The first buyer pulled out near the end of the process and Tom reassured me they would get another buyer, which they did straight away. Sale all went straight forward this time and completed today. Can't really fault Tom or Cam at Whitegates. Communicated with weekly check-ins at the end of each week while we were getting the purchase off the ground, to see how we were getting on and let the sellers know. Then helped with any additional resources we needed to get through to completion. Managed to get the sale through in just under 8 weeks. Which is pretty good these days.
I first began using Whitegates to manage my property in 2007, and I encountered a few problems with them when different people were employed there. However, the current team are professional, friendly, and always resolve any problems quickly and effectively.
