   Magnet kitchens well what can I say....As you would expect a terrible level of service. Unless you simply cant buy a similar kitchen elsewhere for a similar price then I would avoid at all costs. There have been a series of mistakes, no communication between the worktop fitters and kitchen fitters and we have been without water and waste in the kitchen for over a month. In general a totally dismal experience and one I would never recommend to an enemy let alone a friend. They got the measurements of the kitchen wrong to start with, and when you are spending c£14k you expect them to at least be able to enter some figures correctly into a microsoft programme. Everyone from the showroom to the fitter has only ever come up with problems no solutions. Unfortunately we used their finance package or I would NOT be paying the balance in full. As it is we are in discussions with the lenders over witholding payment for lack of services.

   Wow by far the best Magnet branch I've entered, and trust me I enter a lot of branches every week as we install kitchens all over London. Faultless service, able to find a solution to everything, positive & friendly attitude. PS I've dealt mostly with Darrel but the others are also good. Ovi DD PROJECTS LTD LONDON

   Incredibly poor service, They first got the price wrong, over quoted us, then they arranged delivery of worktops and they failed to deliver. Then the poor customer service,not getting back to you to messages, and having to call them a few times to get a quote. Not a good experience when you got builders expecting things and they let you down

   Small and friendly trade centre that normally has stock of what you need. I went to the showroom next door to get the kitchen designed before coming here to save over 40% on the units. Very helpful staff that understood what I needed even though I wasnt in the trade.

   I had my concerns at first because the fit out appeared to be cutting corners but in the end they addressed my concerns and I am very happy with the work. The kitchen looks great and we are very happy. It's not cheap though, we spend over £14k and think a lot of that cost is taken up in the fit out.
