   I relocated from Ipswich to Chester, it was my first time renting and Alicia was faultless throughout the whole process, the virtual viewing was great and she responded to all emails really quickly. Unfortunately I had to leave the property before the contract ended and Residential Estates were understanding and so efficient in making the moving out process as easy as possible for me.    We purchased an investment property through RE and subsequently use them to manage the property on a short term lease basis. We find RE to be excellent property managers who always keep us in the loop with clear and prompt communication. We have to make a special mention for Natalie Griffiths who is fantastic to deal with. We don't live in the UK and that can often make managing a property in the UK a little more challenging, but with Natalie there assisting us a lot of the stress is removed. Thank you Natalie and thank you RE, keep up the great work!
