   Excellent service from the Beckenham branch when it came to designing and purchasing a kitchen. Special mention to Nicola and Arton, the manager, who both ensured the process was as smooth, personal and pain free as possible. Arton even went out of his way to return to the branch after it was closed on a Saturday so that he could process the payment and I wouldn't miss out on the promotional pricing! Now looking forward to having the kitchen delivered in a couple of weeks!

   I wouldn’t normally have thought of going to Howdens for a new kitchen, but my builder recommended them for their high-quality products — and I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I walked into the Elmer’s End branch, I was made to feel welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, and offered refreshments, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although the showroom isn’t very large and can get busy, there were always enough staff available to assist without much waiting. Millie immediately understood my vision and quickly produced an impressive CAD design. At my next appointment, Arton helped refine the details and bring my dream kitchen to life. His words were, “Tell me what you want, and we’ll make it happen,” — and he genuinely delivered on that promise. Even after I had paid and decided to make a few changes, Arton patiently accommodated my requests without making me feel like an inconvenience. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I got the kitchen I wanted, all within my budget. The whole experience had a refreshing, old-school feel — where great customer service and care still come first. I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final result. Highly recommended!

   Arton is by far the best salesman we've encountered. Since we didn’t know too much about kitchens, he took the time to offer his own expert opinions on what would work best in our small space. We had visited several other kitchen stores, including other Howden branches, Wren, and ABC Kitchens, but the prices here were unbeatable. On top of that, the service, quality, and style of the products were far superior to anything we saw elsewhere. To really add to our visit, we visited during Trade Fest and received a free set of Ninja knives and a thank you bag which was a fantastic bonus! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend this store and Arton’s expertise! He’s amazing and so is his friendly team. Natasha & Ellie
